Don't miss the sunrise! - Started our trek at 4:45am and arrived at 5:30 with plenty of time to see the first light and the sunrise. Don't even have to walk to the highest point to get some amazing views of the sunrise and Mount Sinabung in the other direction. Explored the crater and saw the gas coming out of the cracks Guide was great to talk to about the mountain and other things related to Indonesia. No issues with the drop off or pick up. The hot springs were great to finish the trip with many pools all at different temperatures. Great experience that I would recommend to my friends. Many don't realise there is a lot more to Indonesia than just Bali

Beautiful volcano hike with great company! - The hike up the volcano was very easy for us as regular hikers, we arrived at the top in the dark and were able to watch the sunrise from the very beginning! Our guide Anggi was super friendly, funny and told us a lot about Indonesia! He then showed us the hot springs and the fruit market, and also offered us a tour to small waterfalls (all included). We felt completely at ease and recommend doing the tour with this organization!

Incredible sunrise hike - I went on this sunrise hike with Anggi as my guide and I 100% recommend this. I had an absolutely lovely time with Anggi. He was kind, funny and extremely knowledgeable about the region and Sumatra in general. He explained a lot about the jungle, the plants, and the political climate in Indonesia. The views at the top were extremely rewarding and the visit down the sulfar lake was awesome. It all ended very well with a visit at the the hotspring. Anggi even gave me recommendations for what to do at my next destination (Lake Toba). This tour exceeded my expectations ☺️

Outstanding views at the sunrise hike - We had an amazing sunrise hike with Berastagi Adventure. Our guide Anggi gave us extensive knowledge about our surrounding, plants and the volcano. Anggi and our driver Risky made this experience even more special and we’d recommend it to everyone as the hike isn’t long and tough but you still get spectacular views and have the best time.

Great experience even clouds with a top guide Anggi :) - Amazing experience with our guide Anggi to the highest peak of mount sibayak! He tells us so many things, I highly recommend this tour! We did during the day, had fog, clearing up, and fog again. Then rain. We didn’t catch a view to the neighboring volcano Sinabung. But the craters of of Sibayak with many sulfur leaks is just an awesome place, especially with mystic cloudy weather. Awesome Way to Welcome the Day - This is a truly memorable experience and having a knowledgeable and informed guide is essential. Climbing up in the dark is not something an outsider should consider but the reward in reaching the summit before dawn is immense. Having a hot freshly brewed Sumatra coffee a bonus. The gas emitting from the mountain is like a huge blast furnace and make sure you’re not downwind of the nauseous sulphuric gas. Some brave souls do camp up there. Super friendly guide - I did the sunrise Tour with Guide Anngi today. He was super friendly and made the Tour very special. I would reconmend doing the tour with Berastagi Adventures as they have a lot of knowledge in this Area.

Great experience - I didn't really see the sunrise but I still had a really good time because of the tourguide Anggi! It was a nice and beatiful hike. Anggi told me a lot about the vulcano and he even played the guitar.
