Local legends suggest that Pelasgian Dodona, also known as ‘Harsh Winter’ Dodona, once ruled this land. The area is occupied by persistent snow-prone zones and a multitude of water springs, some bizarrely like the Monster (Kuçedra) spring. Tradition whispers that a monstrous entity manipulates this spring, controlling and cutting off its water supply at will. Tomor houses two beautiful lakes, like twin treasures cradled in its core. These lakes, enveloped by verdant wildlife, aged villages, towering mountain peaks and rolling hills, are a small heavenly retreat nestled in the vast mountainous terrain of Tomor.
