Pleasant Trip - Pleasant trip along the river. Commentary in German & English. We actually missed our booking on arrival due to the terrible roadworks so I messaged them to say sorry we won’t be there. The next morning they replied to say they could book us on another trip which was lovely and very unexpected so 10/10!!

sprea river of Berlin - Recommendation because it gives the opportunity to have an overall view of the city, from historical monuments to ultramodern ones overlooking the river. the "beaches" of Berliners and locals (like Milanese navigli)

Pleasant experience - A river cruise is a great way to see the city. This particular cruise offered drinks for purchase and not all do. You sit a a table facing your party which makes for a very pleasant experience.

Great experience! - Great view, great tour! You can see many great sights . Tip: make sure to apply cream, we forgot and got a sunburn:/

An experience to do - Apart from the relaxation that the situation creates in the passenger, it is an advisable experience because it allows you to see from the river different aspects previously visited on foot. Departures are contingent, the duration is about one hour (with the exception of one departure whose route lasts 4 hours and includes a meal on board). Recommended

Good boat trip in Berlin - Was a good boat trip across the Spree. Drinks were sold at fair prices. Unfortunately, there was no shelter in strong sun. Otherwise everything was great !

A good option for a basic overview - It was fine and as advertised. Boat and crew were nice. I felt that the audio explanations were not timed correctly and by the time the English audio came on we were way past the sight. But if you are short on time and want basic history this is nice.

Good experience - Punctual,friendly. Has onboard refreshments. I didn't really enjoy the cruise,as it was miday and very sunny and hot. There was no cover. Nothing much to see on the way. If it was an evening,would have been nicer.

An experience to forget - The sights of museum and tower and prerecorded audio guide were great. However there was confusion at the boarding gate Where confirmed tickets had to be reprinted but the system failed. Several of us had to go up and down between the boat to ticket counter, until a paper record was located - a comedy of errors. Service on board with drinks was also hard with one person trying to serve all passengers on a hot sunny day forgetting a few in between. Were it not for being in the middle of water, and beautiful sights of Berlin almost felt like reaching out to organisers so can avoided in the future.

Worst experience in Berlin - Worst experience ever! Arrived 15 minutes early as requested only to find out that the boat had been canceled. We had taken two Ubers to bring our family of six to the boat only to find out that our trip was canceled! Outrageous! We had a whole evening planned around the boat trip.
