Highlights
  • Berlin - If you want to enjoy one of the best excursions in Berlin, and discover, in its main settings, the most exciting chapters of its history. Our excursion is designed to discover the most important places in Berlin in a comfortable and quality way.
  • Memorial and Museum Sachsenhausen - During this visit we will learn about the daily work of the prisoners and how daily life was carried out in the concentration camp, through the buildings that have survived to this day. We will understand the complex history of this place through the different monuments that, for different ideologies and at different times, have been placed in the memorial.

Everything we will see in our tour on the visit to the Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp:

  • Exhibition “The marches of death”.
  • Tower A, security measures and punishments.
  • Small field: Barracks 38 and 39.
  • Camp prison.
  • Kitchen and laundry.
  • Soviet monument of 1961.
  • Station Z.
  • Infirmary and Morgue.
  • Potsdam - Potsdam eventually became a royal residence. This brought part of the splendor that we see, palaces and gardens where the royal families and their courts ruled and walked.

There are many interesting places to see in Potsdam. We will see part of them, again, with the company and the explanations of our guide, but, in addition, in our free time, we will be able to continue exploring all the corners of this enclave.

Very educational tour - Great tour. But English and Spanish groups were mixed together on the same bus. It was somewhat annoying to listen something we did not understand at all for a long period of time. Our English guid was great. We heard many stories from the tour.

Great excursion - Great tour. Richard was an awesome tour guide and very knowledgeable. The coach was comfortable and the roses were shot. We had plenty of time in Potsdam, but I wish we had more time to explore the concentration camp. The tour is combined with a Spanish tour group, but that didn’t effect my trip at all.

Great day trip - Well organised from start to finish, our guide Luca was very friendly and helpful. The morning was spent at Sachsenhausen and we then continued on to Potsdam, where we saw the main sights and had plenty of free time to explore before making our way back to the drop off point

Whirlwind tour with great guide and historical relevant sites - The tour didn’t start well with standstill traffic on the highway out which shaved about 45 minutes off an already rushed itinerary. That said, it was great value, so nice to be toured around and not have to do our own logistics to Sachenhausen and Potsdam. The guide, Daniel, animation and storytelling was excellent. He gave the history in a factual manner and didn’t hold back on some opinions, which I happened to agree with. There was so much value in a guided tour to provide needed content and enrichment. The coach bus was comfortable and there was even a narrated tour as we wound through the major sites of Berlin en route back. Would highly recommend. Besides this tour is the only one offering both these sites in a single trip

An informative tour that you could never have done on your own - A beautiful tour to the concentration camp: impressive. Not enough time to take it all in. Potsdam and the palace are very special. Return journey, lots of information about Berlin. So much information in the English language, spoken quickly, not always easy to follow. Spanish and English on the same bus during the tour, which is actually too much of a good thing.

Berlin Tour - Our guide was excellent, but they combined us with a Spanish group and we spent half the trip listening to mostly Spanish. We picked an English tour. Until now our Viator excursions have been great but you missed the mark on this one. The bus was hot. Our air did not work until late afternoon and we had to buy water that wasn’t cold. Again we loved our guide. He was exceptional on German history.

Nobody could direct us where to join tour, thus missed joining tour at the start - Nobody other guides, locals Police and even your agent could tell us and another couple directed by Google Maps to exact same spot we were waiting at to where tour started. Thus missed pickup even thought at place 45 minutes before departure. And tour guide AND agent not interested. Had document stated Freedom fountain and not some unknown address would have had tour. Totally unprofessional unacceptable and will advise who ever will listen NOT To use your booking company or the tour operator that was used. Apparatus a Spanish company.
