Good - Tour bus close to my hotel thats good. When u hop on the bus tour guy explain there are 2 routes and one bus go to 1 and next bus go to 2nd route and he explain how much payment will be for a day or two day pass etc. Roughly takes 2hrs go through all sites, you can hop off and on each site good enjoy taking photos go in museums etc. I think you need at least do 2days to get a chance hope off enjoy sites.

Very comprehensive! - We got to pass by all of the important monuments and buildings and get off to take pictures. Check Point Charlie, the Brandenburgh Gate and the Tier Garden.

Enjoyable - A good way to see the city. We did the 2hr Berlin red route. The information given on the (audio) guide was “OK” although we felt there were too many gaps in between. Not enough detail given and the presentation style was informal, rather than informed. Also if you’re pushed for time and want to have just 2hrs, be aware there are 2 x 20 minute change over stops on the route which you don’t get told anywhere prior to boarding. Expensive for what we got but a good way to use a spare couple of hours …

Nice overview of central Berlin - Shows you the most important sights. The most annoying thing is the commentators trying to be funny. The jokes are truly horrible so try to ignore them

Extreme narrow set - The whole experience was characterized by the fact that the seats were too tight. With my 194 cm I had no chance to sit comfortably. The speaker system on the bus was also extremely poor, so it was not possible to understand what the guide said. All in all a nice way to see the city for a reasonable price, then jump off a place and explore further on foot wherever you wish. But thanks to miserable comfort, this will be a one-time affair for me.

Bad. - Berlin beautiful but the tour is Very Bad!! Eternal... for the 20 minute stops a couple of times and in full sun!!! completely unnecessary for tourists!!! Comments could be much better!! Instead of naming the places or monuments they made some jokes quite fomes!! Many silences where we wanted to know what we were seeing!! I think it's the baddest one I've used (that's a lot) after the one in Dublin that's terrible!!

Not accessible. - My husband has a mobility scooter. The first bus had no ramp and the driver wanted us to LIFT it onto the bus. We are in our 70s. He drove off. We waited for the next bus which stopped a long way from the bus stop and drove off before we could reach him. We decided to walk. I am now trying to get a refund.

A shame that 0 star is not allow!! - Well I don’t know what to start, I read the review before arrived in Berlin and I thought well can’t be that bad, well is worst than you can think! My son likes this company as we have been done tours with them before. We bought the classic tour for 24 hours, the bus came delay also went far too slow also the comments are ridiculous nothing about the city just joke between 2 people, I listened in Spanish and my son in English not different at all!! The driver took two breaks of 15 minutes so we lost 30 minutes waiting in the bus, we sat downstairs in the afternoon because was too hot and wasn’t any air condition! We decided to walk from one stop to another as was quickly than wait, also they are desperate to sell tickets so in some stops you have to wait for them to sell tickets, we tried to use our ticket the next day well the bus never came we lost more than 50 minutes waiting until we decided to take the public transport (cheaper and faster!) when I asked to the person who was selling the tickets he said is delayed ma’am is a lot of traffic in Berlin at this time, without offering us an apologise! They are plenty options for tourist buses companies in Berlin do not chose this one if you don’t want to spent time of your holidays waiting!!

Awful customer service - Terrible customer service. Booked online tickets that never arrived via email. Purchased on the day through rep on the bus and was told could request refund for original tickets. This has since been refused. Very disappointed to say the least

The weirdest bus commentary ever and not in a good way - This is terrible value for money and the weirdest and frankly offensive bus commentary I have ever experienced. I was listening in English, and the rest of my family was listening in Italian, and it was equally strange and uninformative in both languages. It was like a terrible stand-up comedian trying his new material out on us or an English language student using all his colloquial vocabulary for an exam. Given the depth and complexity of the history of Berlin to attempt humor about extremely serious and divisive matters was a total miss. For example, in almost these words, "the Jewish population had a hard time of it during the war but look now they have a shiny new synagogue with a gold dome". It was so bad we left the bus after a few stops, having stopped for 20 minutes for the driver to have a break. Oh this horrible experience cost us 75€ as a family. I'm leaving one star as TripAdvisor won't let you leave no stars.
