Betty’s Bay - Betty’s Bay is a coastal town an hour east of Cape Town. It was a whaling station in the late 1800s. Later it became better known for its unusual resident: the African penguin! The penguins settled at Stoney Point beach at the beginning of the 20th century. This made Stoney point one of 2 mainland penguin colonies. Guests will have some time to walk along the penguin beach and see the penguins up close.
