Highlights
  • Bosphorus Strait - The Bosphorus, Ox-ford in English, runs for about twenty miles, at times like a river, at times as if a land-enclosed lake; then, before joining the Black Sea, it becomes a rocky, wild channel. The Bosphorus breathes calmly and regularly, and the flow of caiques echoes the rhythm with their slow splashes. Not only does the Bosphorus electrify the traveler by its light, but it also intoxicates him by the white incandescence of the sun on its bosom with blue sky pouring into it. It runs through the city of Istanbul, splitting it into two halves the city built on seven hills and described by one of her early foreign lovers, Julia Pardoe: Its clear calm sky, its glittering sea, its amphitheater of thickly-peopled hills, its geographical position, its political importance and above all, its surprising novelty, tend to make every day in that gorgeous scene, and under that sunny sky, a season of intense enjoyment.

Fabulous, relaxing, educational, enjoyable - The entire tour was a pleasure. Well organised (text with extra directions once you make your booking). Amazing boat and staff, really friendly happy staff - yummy snacks. The guide was a gem, fabulous sense of humour. Very educational - information on Turkish music, movies, real estate, history, architecture. What a fabulous day, even when the trip came to the conclusion our tour guide was giving us tips on restaurants and other attractions.

A great way to see both sides of Istanbul in a single outing. - Great time on a really fancy yacht. Friendly yet professional crew with a very knowledgeable guide who also has an excellent sense of humor. A special treat were the yogurt loving dogs at the stopover on the Asian side. Although the yacht was fairly full, it was sufficiently spacious to not feel crowded.

Very interesting and really recommended - The guide was very knowledgeable, had the answers on our more difficult questions. The staff provided snacks and drinks during the more than 2 hour cruise. It was a great afternoon.

Unique experience! - The Bosphorus Yacht Cruise was a great experience for the whole family! Starting with the top service from the staff and a great tour guide who provided us with all the important information and lovely anecdotes about the sights in a very entertaining way. You can't experience Istanbul more beautifully than from the Bosphorus between Asia and Europe!

Warm welcoming crew, great guide with a wealth of information and a dry sense of humour that made the tour both fascinating and good fun. This is relaxing and brilliant way to get an introduction to Istanbul. Thoroughly recommend.

Nice tour - check meeting point - Nice cruise and we had great weather. We had some small snacks, tea and coffee. Alcohol could be purchased. The stop was 20 min and just enough to buy some food or have a drink. Only problem was the meeting point which was not at Iskele yolu. A few hours before departure we received a text that it was at Kabatas square. Luckily we could take a taxi and were just on time
