Great way to see Miami - I had an afternoon to spare whilst in Miami so took the opportunity to have a trip around the area on the Big Bus hop on/off bus. The app helpfully directs you to the nearest stop & you can see how long the next bus will be. Reps at the stop will sell you tickets if you don’t have one. Once on the bus, I grabbed a seat on the top & plugged in the free headphones to listen to the tour & learn more about the districts we were driving through. Loved Little Havana! Opportunity to get off & explore the areas then get on a later bus. With the traffic it took about 2hrs to do the entire circuit (I didn’t get off). Good tour & very informative.

Ok trip for money - South beach & Little Havana were the nicest part of trip. Bus ride was okay. Would have liked more commentary with explanations of what we were seeing, history etc

It was just annoying to... - It was just annoying to buy a Viator ticket and then exchange it for another one. Then for the boat had to change the ticket again!

No AIC! - Why would anyone want to ride in an enclosed bus without air conditioning and the driver skips stops . Not to mention the recorded tour that does not match the route. All for over $50.00. Not us!

Uncomfortable tour - I would not recommend this tour. Before we went, I had questions and tried calling to ask them, but no one ever answered, and no one ever returned my calls. On the tour, it was ridiculously hot! There was no room for us to sit upstairs, and sitting downstairs enclosed on the bus, the air-conditioning didn’t work, and we were miserable. Tour is a recording, not a live person, and sometimes, it is talking about things that you have not reached yet or have already passed. You can’t see very well out of the downstairs windows at all, it is blurry, and not great sightseeing. The best part of the tour was getting off it!

Worst tour ever!! - It was a terrible experience. My family and I took a hop on and hop off at Biscayne at no A/C for a 2 hours expensive tour. We spent $250 for this tour. My husband suffered from a heat stroke during the tour and even the bus driver lady was struggling with the heat. Not recommending to anyone!!! Shame on you scamming people!!

Waste of money - I have been to Miami several times and this is my third time going on the Miami Big bus tour and Oh boy did it change ! I went May 2024. The prices went up from $50 to $66 for the hop on hop off tour for 2 days. In the past there were better stops that they removed like -Coconut Grove ( They used to give a coupon to get free food ) -The Museum -Brickell -Ocean Drive ( They have it listed online but skipped it ) The last stop " Downtown " is literally across the street from Bayside Marketplace How do you have a stop literally across the street from a different stop? Some of the stops were so close in proximity that it should have not even been considered a stop. The bus drivers skipped many of the stops during route as well They have prerecorded information for the 2 days which makes it less personable and enjoyable. They used to have a guide who would talk and give you information Which made the tour more interesting They removed ponchos that they used to have available for free on every bus in case it rained. Miami rains a lot so if it rains you will get drenched. The bottoms of the buses have no AC! The only thing that was enjoyable was the millionaire row cruise ( But you can purchase that separately at bayside marketplace If you are a foreigner I feel you will miss out on some cool areas if you go with this tour . Some of the staff was confrontational too ! This tour was a waste of money

The most horrible bus tour EVER - I and my husband did the hop on hop off tour in Miami today April 29 and it was the most terrible experience ever. Firstly, we had checked the fares before we left our hotel and when we got on the bus the agent was about to charge us more than stated on the website. When we asked for discount for seniors, she smirked and answered "then I'll give you the highest discount possible" and finally charged us the right amount. Next, the bus broke down on top of a bridge over a road cross and we were there under scorching sun without water, food or toilet for half an hour until another bus (crowded with passengers) came to collect us. Such bus was crazy hot, the air conditioner was out of order, even patched with tin foil, and the passengers including small children from both tours reunited in one bus were sweating and feeling ill. A complete nightmare. To top it all, I asked the driver information about which bus stop was the closest to a shop near our hotel and he was extremely rude, dismissing me by looking away, claiming he didn't know the place where he drives along everyday and when I left the bus he said the F word to me. That's right, an old man said f*** you to me. We spent almost US$ 100 for this??? I'm totally in shock and I advise people to not use this company ever. I certainly will never ever again!!!

Bus tour from hell - The bus was in a terrible condition. The recorded commentary did not work and the air-conditioner was out of order. Tried tree devices with the plug, no go. There were no maps showing the route in Miami. In the area Little Havana the bus broke down and had to park on a bridge. After 30 minutes all the passengers were transferred to another bus. Those 30 minutes were horrible with no working AC. When we finally could leave the bus outside our hotel, my wife told the driver: never more this bus tour. He answered: f*** you!. This bad bus tour cost was 97,2 USD, double the price we are used to in Europe. And the ticked expired the same day at 4 pm, not after 24 hrs as normal. Shame on this bus company! WELCOME TO MIAMI!

Waste of money - The bus was not even close to on schedule. Showed up at our stop 10min before and left long before it's scheduled time. We would have missed it if we went by the schedule. The top was full and the AC inside the lower level was non existent and it was miserable hot inside. This was just April. I'd hate to see it in July! The driver completely skipped the Wynwood Walls stop where we were going to get off and when I went to ask him about it discovered he didn't speak any English. We took Uber and Lyft the rest of the day. The bus was a wasted $100.
