Amazing - Had the time of my life! I saw amazing things! The crew was fantastic and very friendly. Everyone in my party had a blast we talked about it the whole trip. 10/10 our favorite part!

Delightful Snorkel Adventure - Dillon our Captain was a delight. We felt safe and enjoyed all the history/commentary by Capt. Dillon about the island. Captain Cook location was teaming with fish. Perfect size trip. Just 6 passengers. Enjoyed chatting with our fellow snorkelers. An addition plus was the dolphin encounter! Mahalo!

Fabulous as always! - Captain Johnny is the best! Very knowledgeable and we always manage to see dolphins on our way to a great day of snorkeling.

Perfect way to spend a day in Kona - We had a great time on the morning snorkel — the crew were professional, nice, and helpful, and the snorkeling itself was amazing. A great intro to snorkeling if you haven’t done it before.

Excellent experience - We bundled a 4 hour morning snorkel with the manta ray snorkel. It was a great deal and we had the time of our lives on both trips. The morning snorkel stopped at three places that were not crowded with other people. Our captain Manu was very fun and knowledgeable, sharing stories and history of the island with us as we boated around. The manta ray snorkel was short but sweet, they really do swim right up to you. We had a few people in our group that were nervous but that quickly went away once the mantas arrived.

Not as expected, but good - The guides were fun, and the navy boat was a fun ride, but the pictures are misleading. We were disappointed that we didn't go into the caves as pictured. We went to Captain Cook as we did the day before and then went near a cave, but never in it. I booked this as a second snorkel tour for that reason.

Nice reef, but CRAZY boat ride was main attraction - The guides were nice and tour was on time and we saw a lot of cool sea life, but there were a few issues. One, the ocean was choppy so we didn’t get to go to the sea caves, which is out of their control, but we didn’t get any partial refund or another spot instead. Two, the boat ride was CRAZY- super fast, incredibly bumpy, and long. We had to hold on very tight to stay in the small boat. This should be disclosed ahead of time - it was fun for us but anyone old, weak, scared, or seasick would be miserable. Three, it would have been nice for the guides to give us some education on what we were going to see at the reef, or background on the area.

Very poor communications. Do not recommend. Very disappointing! - Although we were excited to do this excursion, we didn't get to do it. We arrived before the 10:30 am departure time but there was nobody there to meet us. We tried to call them but there was no phone number for them in any of the literature we received. We tried messaging them, but they did not respond in a timely way. When they finally responded, we were told that the time had been changed and we were supposedly notified of this through a 6am text. However, I never received this text. We waited around until well after we assumed they had left without us and then went to check with other nearby businesses to see if any of them could provide any information. None could. I've tried to communicate with them since then and have been told by them that they will have Viator delete any criticism of them. If that is true, I will never book through Viator again. They flatly refuse to give a refund. I cannot recommend this company.

Don't book through Viator. They want sick people to go on excursions - I booked two excursions through Viator. One was on Friday and a second one the following morning on Saturday. Friday afternoon I started feeling nausea. I decided to do the Excursion despite feeling sick. I ended up vomiting throughout the Excursion and got a fever. I wanted to go on the Excursion the next day (Navy boat snorkeling) but was concerned because I felt so bad. I notified the Excursion that evening through a message and called Viator immediately. I left my phone number on the message. I received a call early the next morning from the Excursion asking how I was feeling and if I would be participating. I said I was still vomiting and still had a fever. We mutually agreed it probably would be best for me not to go. I made arrangements with my wife to take me to urgent care later that morning. Viator would not refund the Excursion because it was not a full 24 hours. They would prefer that I go on the trip and get everyone else sick. Do not book through Viator.

Bad communication. Cancelled last minute. - Got a text 20 minutes before saying there was mechanical issues. Then no response for two hours. They said they didn’t know when it would be fixed. Finally got a text at 11am (our tour was at 8am) and asked if we could go at 12:30. I told them no. I asked for a refund and got no response. I booked through viator so I called their customer support and got a refund within the hour.
