Cancelled shore excursion (no tenders off the ship) but great service from C Big Island - While we booked this tour well in advance, the weather went against us and the ship couldn't get any tenders off, meaning we had to miss it. However, before I could blink I had an email from the operator C Big Island wanting to fully refund the money we had paid. This turned out to be more complicated than you would think as we had paid more than 6 months prior, and the banks had some rule about not reimbursing credit cards after that timeframe, particularly as it would require conversion from dollars to sterling. Oleathia Buntin worked tirelessly to find a way to get it done, which she eventually did, and she was nothing short of fantastic. It would have been easy for her to walk away from the problem, but she didn't give up, for which I'm grateful, and demonstrates the quality of this company and it's staff - thank you Oleathia. If we ever get back to Hawaii from the UK we will definitely use this company again.

Plenty of coffee samples, history and tasty poke - Loved the greenwell tour and stop. Such awesome history and the painted church was beautiful. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and made sure we were comfortable. We didn’t see many turtles due to the cruise ship but the poke was the BEST we had all trip.

Family friendly for all ages - Rusty did a great job navigating all the needs of our tour bus. She was knowledgeable and kept the tour going at a good pace. We really enjoyed the coffee farm tour - we wouldn’t have seen everything if we had ordered an Uber!
