It is an extremely rare occurrence, but if we do not see ANY manta rays on our Night Manta Experience, you are welcome to come back out with us again during the same vacation, based on availability, totally free of charge. Make sure you call us right away so that we may reschedule you! Non-refundable and non-transferable.

Fabulous experience! A must do - We saw many manta rays pretty much as soon as we were in the water. Loved how short of a boat ride to the site it was. The manta rays were diving and rubbing up against us. Crew was fantastic!

Fabulous experience! Highly recommended! - We saw 7-8 manta rays feeding and doing barrel rolls right under us. The boards were nice to hold on to so you don't have to work so hard to stay in one place. Kim was very knowledgeable and Skyler was a great captain!

Amazing experience! - Great experience! Recommend for anyone who is able to swim well in a wavy situation. It was a little rough but even my kids could do it- my mom probably would not have been able to get up the ladder of boat or deal with waves. We would book again!

You have to go do this with Sea Quest if you anything in Hawaii!!!!!! - I don't write reviews normally but this experience was probably one of the most prolific experiences I have ever had. I went to the later time thinking it will be darker and the water temperature was completely fine (the time that starts at 9pm but you get there at8:30pm). The guides were friendly, professional and set you completely at ease. You don't know how amazing it is going to be. Instructions were easy to follow and they do make it so easy for you.
Once you are in the water, get ready for these beautifully graceful creatures to appear and they do. We had so many Manta Rays gliding so close to us I was absolutely giddy with amazement, the whole time I was freaking out with excitement. It was just so amazing to witness. I can only say Sea Quest Hawaii, thank you for creating a memorable experience that I will cherish forever (and thank you Manta Rays for being so cool).
P.S. I rented the GoPro completely worth it!

Best time, let’s go again. - Our fourth trip with Sea Quest. Very professional also small group. All three viewing spots are different and impressive. Just an impressive amount of fish, turtles, and coral. Urchins. Such a variety. Boats get there quick. Super impressed. Each trip different. Each spot different. Loved these guys.

Amazing - An amazing experience. A must do in life.
Seaquest was easy to reserve with. Their online system was a breeze to manage, including the waivers. They called a couple of days prior to remind us and confirm our reservation.
The day of, we headed to their address and found that of the many companies they were the only one that had a physical business location with store, picnic benches, and lawn area: public washrooms across the road. The other companies we saw were operating from vans and tents. Only comment is to note that parking is on the street and you may have to walk a short distance.
Everyone if given a wet suit. The swim is a short boat ride away, less than 5 minutes. The crew was friendly and have the routine down pat. They’re there to help.
Once in the water, hang onto the light rig, feet suspended by pool noodle and just float and watch the show. Mantas within inches of you, so graceful. Throughout, the crew commentated with details on mantas and their names as they swam by. There is a risk of feeling sea sick, like a couple of my family, and the crew were there to help.
On return, they offered cookies and hit chocolate.
Recommend in a heartbeat.

The best experience in the Big Island! - The most incredible experience we’ve had on the Big Island. You will fall in love with the Manta Rays! The crew were fantastic and Jerome was the best! Couldn’t recommend this tour highly enough. 5 Stars all round.

Fantastic experience! - Our second tour with SeaQuest in one day and this one was even better than the first! We got clear instructions and even though the boat was full and the long boards were full, I felt that the crew did a great job of crowd control. I liked hearing the information about the manta rays. We saw so many and several manta rays got really close to the board! One did about 9 consecutive rolls! They were inches from our faces. So exciting and unique.
I loved that this tour was so close to the spot because I was pretty cold after the experience and was glad to get back on land in 5 minutes.
They provided wetsuits, snorkel gear, snacks and hot chocolate or tea after the experience. High recommendation! Don't miss!
