fun and memorable - Our guides, Memo and David were amazing! They were so friendly and accommodating. Our group was small which made moving to the different locations much faster. Getting to be up close and personal with the sloths was such a joy and lunch was delicious. Overall it was a great day and we had a wonderful time. We definitely recommend this tour. Pura Vida!

A must do day trip - Kevin was a wonderful guide. So thoughtful and knowledgeable. Our driver Memo was amazing. So friendly and great at sporting wildlife on our drive. It was a great day from pick up to drop off.

Wonderful wildlife!! - Wildlife was wonderful!!! Saw many sloths, Tappan, frogs, bats, snakes and some specific birds. Lots of fun.

Perfect jungle tour experience - Tour guides were incredible. Very friendly and accommodating. Tour itself was very much worth it. Saw all kinds of wildlife. Ate delicious food. Got to spend time in the jungle. It was great 👍.

Dream Fulfilled - I thought I'd done a review, but apparently not. This was an excellent way to experience the countryside, the flora, the fauna. The two main residents I wanted to see were red dart frogs and sloths. Saw plenty of both. It was an amazing day. Our driver and tour guides were very knowledgeable. Spending the day outdoors, looking upwards in the trees for the camouflaged sloths was a fun game. We went to two different areas- one was established for sloth viewing and second one was just starting out with banana trees. At the second one we saw a mama and baby, a lone male, and a young one about 6 months old climbing thru the banana leaves. My heart was full.

Ladies Trip of 6 for sunshine & sloths - What an absolutely fantastic experience. Our driver/guide was professional, timeliness was on point and we got to see SLOTHS!!! The nature tour was incredible, saw so many beautiful animals. The lunch was great, and suitable for a celiac friend we had with us! The swim was an unexpected highlight and all the things we did felt private and not swamped with tourists. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Wow!! - Very nice experience with the Costour team. During my visit to Costa Rica with my partner and my 2 teenagers, we wanted to do 2 beautiful days on guided excursions, ideally in French. After some research on discussion groups, a name came up: Costour. Well people were right! I wanted to have a more active day for my 2 boys (we opted for the 4 in 1 adventure activity) and a day more discovering local fauna and flora as well as the residents of this beautiful country, Pepito advised us the discovery of sloths. My boys (and us) loved the 2 days. With active teenagers who have a thirst for discovery, these 2 activities with the Costour team are a success all round. Personalized activities in small groups (we're not talking about buses of 40 people), personalized services, very attentive guides who love to show us their country (of origin or adoption). On the way back, I had the chance to chat with Pepito (Mr. Malette) for almost 2 hours. I never felt that my many questions bored him. On the contrary, he responded by giving me as many details as possible about the habits of this beautiful country. We will book with Costour again on our next trip. I recommend it to everyone!

Beautiful tour - The driver was knowledgeable and personable. The hike was an easy stroll, the guide there was very good at his job and very knowledgeable about the ecosystem. Swimming in the river while it rained was amazing! Lunch was delicious! Pura Vida!

Fantastic experience and wonderful guides, and great food. - A fantastic experience and wonderful guides! We got to see the sloths, a couple of monkeys, dart frogs, harmless green frog hanging out on a leaf and even a Coral snake. The trail is well maintained and the facilities were nice too. They also have a little setup for making tortillas the traditional way, which was fun and tasty. They have two very sweet dogs that ran along side us the entire hike. We stayed in Playa Hermosa, so the drive was quite long. The driver was fantastic, answered a ton of questions and stopped at a quaint local restaurant for lunch. They had a butterfly pavilion attached to the restaurant. The food there was great as well. All around a great experience in a beautiful country.
