Embark on a day trip that affords you a distinct opportunity to explore La Rioja and its vineyards, savoring top-class wines. The tour initiates from Haro, the heartland of Rioja Wine. In Haro, we will explore CVNE, a historical vineyard. Therein, a guided excursion will take you to its critical areas, including the barrel room constructed by the famed architect Gustave Eiffel and the secretive underground cellars, followed by a wine tasting session. From there, we progress to a guided pedestrian tour through Haro’s historical city centre. Moving forward, we head to Laguardia. Here, we’ll amble through its charming narrow lanes before taking a guided tour of a quaint traditional wine cellar. Post the visit, you’ll have leisure time for lunch (not inclusive). En route back to Bilbao, we’ll drop by Elciego to marvel at the Marqués de Riscal building, a brilliant display of contemporary architecture.
