Communication from initial booking to pick up was spot on and reassured us that our journey to the airport in the early hours of the morning, and return, despite our delayed fight was without anxiety. Useless - Ordered a 8 seater from Birmingham Airport to Holiday inn express city Center for 11.10am. After many phone calls the taxi came at 12.20. Dropped us off at the wrong hotel. After another couple of phone calls to the company and charged another £20 pounds they took us to the rings hotel. They are saying I said the wrong hotel. On the Mondays pick up to go back to the airport I phoned to see if they where still coming and ask could we change the time from 13.00 to 12.45 so I knew we should be getting to the airport on time and guess what they didn’t come to 13.15 late again so it was a rush to get round the airport as it was bunged. So I would not recommend this company to anyone. Well this is my opinion. I will leave it up to you.
