Fab day out - Me and my husband enjoyed our trip to Cadbury world. It was interesting to hear the history of how chocolate was made and to see all the different packaging.

A pleasant experience - First visit and based on reviews not expecting too much - but it far exceeded our expectations. We got the reduced tickets for locals, and unlike a lot of reviews there were very little queues (except for 4D cinema which was about 20 mins). My 8 year old loved the trip, and got to spend time in the play area as nice weather. We spent a lot in shop and also cafe, so not a cheap day, but helped by the reduced tickets.....and my daughter wants to visit again.....but would like to go on the ride/cinema more than once!!

Used to be better - I came middle of last year and absolutely loved it, loads to do and really interactive especially for children and toddlers. I thought as my little one was a bit older I’d come again and I was pretty disappointed. It’s on the pricier side for what little we saw today. In and out of the tour in less than an hour, the chocolate pot definitely resembles probably 2 melted buttons, and there’s no way near as much chocolate as there used to be! Had to queue for ages for the ride even though we didn’t want to go on it, but there was no option to not go on it except speaking to a member of staff (couldn’t find anyone to ask so had to sit in the queue) it was badly signposted otherwise we’d have jumped out of it. The lady doing the rides today was helpful after we told her and really apologetic. We’d have loved to have gone on the ride but a member of the party had photosensitive epilepsy. The have a go bit was a good addition but really we were only at the whole place for under 2 hours, a bit of a drive for a small amount of time. The cafe barely offered any hot food except sausage rolls and hotdogs. Probably won’t come back if I’m honest.

Not value for money - Disappointed with what's on offer in relation to the cost . We did it all in less than 2 hours ... that's with no queues as we went early and half an hour on the playground . A lot of stuff is just not interesting to primary aged chikdren . Everything has been streamlined to get you round and out into the shop as quickly as possible . You only get 2 free chocolate bars now which was disappointing but then I guess they need to recoup some.of the money they've spent on the new ride . Prices in the shop are expensive ,you can but some.of the chocolates cheaper in the supermarket !

I think it could be better - I gave this a rating of three cause for what we paid I don’t think was worth the money considering they are adding some new things to it I think it would have been better when it all updated. The 4d thetre was different also I think you don’t get enough chocolate as you go around the factory

Absolute waste of money - not what it used to be. - Not what it used to be - went with our 2 year old. We got discounted tickets through a promotion and still rip off. You only get two free chocolate bars now. We took less than an hour to around it (this is with a 2yo who walks v slow!). It wasn't busy which was the only bonus. Couldn't imagine having to stand and wait an hour for that awful ride. I was so shocked when we came out at the shop, felt like we'd barely been there, they have cut so much stuff of it. Spent more time on the park just to make us feel like we'd spent our money better! Don't go if you don't like wasting money.
