Thoroughly enjoyable - We really enjoyed this tour, and were glad we had the opportunity to visit the different wineries and spend time in Laguardia. Anton is a terrific guide: he's knowledgeable and accommodating and it was a pleasure spending a day with him.

The best way to see and experience Rioja Wine Region - This tour was the highlight of our trip to Spain. My partner and I booked the private tour and it was absolutely worth every cent! We never would have had the experiences we did on out own and Anton was an amazing guide. He was so knowledgeable and enhanced the visits to each place but still gave us time to ourselves to enjoy privately. So grateful for our day tour of Rioja

The cellars of RIOJA ALAVESA - Fantastic day, our guide Anton took us to visit "THE CELLARS OF RIOJA ALAVESA". The fame of Rioja Alavesa wines depends on its belonging to the Rioja Qualified Designation of Origin, 12 thousand hectares of vineyards that showcase the best of local enology, among "calados", the small family-run wineries housed in the basements of medieval fortified cities , and companies whose futuristic structures are designed by internationally renowned architects. Like that of Marqués de Riscal in Elciego or again, Bodegas Ysios, the burnished cellar with wavy lines designed by Santiago Calatrava. But the Rioja Alavesa Wine Route boasts another "must see": Laguardia, to tell a page from the past. Witnesses of this are the visitable underground or "calados" of the "El Fabulista" winery, places of traditional winemaking, from pressing to carbonic maceration, as was already done in the Middle Ages, which however we were unable to visit because our guide left us behind gates of the city, much to my chagrin.

Rain or Shine, Anton's Wine Tour Delivers Unforgettable Experiences - We had an absolute blast on the tour with Anton despite the unexpected rainy weather. Anton was very knowledgeable and accommodating, an all round great guide. He showed us to 3 wineries and all were unique in their own way and offered very unique experiences. Would love to do it again if I have a chance in the future

Amazing experience - We had an amazing day out with Anton. He went out of his way to look after us for the day and picked us up/ dropped us off in totally separate locations without hassle. Perfect English and gave us loads of information about the area and wine making. We visited three totally different wineries: bigger winery, a smaller family run winery and an underground winery in La Guardia. The small family run one was our favourite by far, so intimate and in the most beautiful setting. Would recommend to anyone, brilliant day out!
