Superb service with buses from Eriksberg - Great service to have buses from early morning to late evening from Eriksbergstorget, good price and many tours. Hope more people discover this service.

Perfect solution for/from the airport - Punctual, cheap. Bus with wi-fi and very kind driver. Possibility to buy the ticket from the site or on board. Super recommended.

Efficient, smooth, clean, direct transport - Bus stop was right outside arrivals, so very convenient. Buses look to be every 35 mins, we arrived around 10pm and luckily one was waiting at the stop on arrival. Clean, spacious, plenty of room for luggage. Hand luggage on the bus and if you have Hold luggage plenty of room in the storage compartment under the bus. Smooth journey (direct to Gothenburg Train Station, in the centre). Pleasant driver too. We paid our for pass prior to visit, so was easy to scan ticket from phone.

The best way to/from airport - This is the best way to go between Landvetter airport and Lindholmen/Eriksberg. They even have shuttles between Landvetter airport and center of Gothenburg. Nice seats, aircondition and punctuality.

Top service. - Our driver was the best. He was so friendly and organised. There were protests happening in central Gothenburg and he kept his cool while the traffic was snarled up. He even helped out some Australian tourists who were caught up the mess, but letting them onboard at a non-official stop. I hope that doesn't get him in trouble, it was an act of pure kindness. He encouraged us to put our seatbelts on when we were out of the city and on the highway. I was so grateful for all the care he took of us passengers. Some people just go over and above, he was one of them.

Easy - Easy to buy a ticket and find the bus. The bus was clean and fresh, the bus ride into the city didn't take long. Nice and happy driver.

Worthless Scam - I went to get on the bus and showed the driver the voucher. He immediately told me that it's not us. I asked if the name on the voucher was their company and he said yes. He then entered the voucher number into his system and it came up invalid. I had to pay by credit card. I asked for a refund and haven't heard from anyone. I should have known it was fake because I emailed the company weeks ago and no one ever responded.

Bad, very bad! - Poor signage, buses go to different destinations but look the same. No text on the bus to tell us where it's going. Not even at the stop, or the App!! The app also doesn't tell you where your bus will be. The only way is to ask people or scan the airport for a black screen hanging from the ceiling, which is like smaller than a regular TV. This may result in you missing the bus if you are on the margins. So have good time before you travel with these amateurs who run that company. By the way, nice drivers and buses usually arrive on time

Trip from the airport good, back to the airport not. - The trip from the airport went fine but the trip from central Gothenburg to the airport did not. The bus was almost 40 minutes late so we had just made the plane somewhat stressed. So taking a slightly more expensive taxi to the airport next time saves a lot of stress!

Bad treatment by the driver - Got a horrible treatment from the driver departure Landvetter - Korsvägen Göteborg at 23:10 as the last to board after the two who stood in the queue, the driver urged me to hurry on board as he was going to drive. Didn't have time to complete the ticket purchase in the app, put my luggage away while shouting in the loudspeaker from the driver that I have to pay, I got the ticket bought in the app. When I showed the mobile phone to readers, I had bought a ticket in Västtrafik's ToGo app in the stress, which was wrong, this made the driver more excited. He swerves to the side to throw me off. A lady helps to find the right app meanwhile the driver drives wobbly at the same time as he shouts in the speakers that this was his last drive then the pass was over after 10 hours and now I came and annoyed. A passenger questions whether it was really safe to ride along. Driver shouts on loudspeaker that I should pay by card. Why couldn't the driver have helped me by providing that information directly? My choice of transport in the future will be anything but Vy Flygbussarna.
