Enjoy an eight course chef’s menu that celebrates seasonal ingredients, grown and produced either on the estate or by local farmers, neighbors and friends. All ingredients are traceable and ethically produced. Some of the ingredients are Slow Food Ark of Taste produce.
Each course is conceived and crafted to perfectly complement the wine. A personally guided tour of the Roman replica cellar at Karnas Vineyards will be offered by our chef.
Availability is limited to 12 guests every Thursday, from 6pm to 10 pm.
Dress code is smart casual. This is an adult only offer.

We are set to escort you from your accommodation, leading you to our vineyard via a visually appealing route. Upon reaching the vineyard, you can choose to either drive or stroll through the olive orchards and vineyard, making your way to our restaurant. Here, you will have the chance to sample traditional dishes that trace their origins back to 3000 BC, learn about their history and mingle with other global gourmet enthusiasts. This exclusive culinary event accommodates just 12 individuals every Thursday. Post a delightful sampling of our menu, served with our selective wines and our chef’s company at your table, we’ll ensure your return to your lodgings, leaving you with unforgettable experiences.
