Incredible yoga experience in the heart of Sussex amongst the bluebells - This yoga experience, run by the wonderful Xenia (and awesome teacher) is incredible. This day was based at a very special location, with views across the South Downs towards Brighton. I can’t recommend it highly enough!! We started the day with some relaxing yoga with a view, followed by bluebell and deer spotting and forest bathing. Magical. We then set up the campfire 🔥 with a picnic which included baked treats! This is the third retreat I’ve attended by Xenia now. I wish I could attend every weekend! It’s a super friendly atmosphere, and suitable for individuals, friends/relatives or couples. I left feeling energised, refreshed, relaxed and nourished by the food and amazing conversations. I will definitely attend more of Brighton Yoga’s events in future!! Thank you Xenia!! 🫶

A perfect Sunday, out in Nature, will definitely do this again! - This event was a perfect antidote to the things I have been carrying in my soul the past few months. Xenia is a warm, friendly, caretaking host who went the extra mile to feed us all with freshly made Foccacia, scones, cake, bread and tea and coffee, all provided in the price! Her enthusiasm for the area, nature, the activities and the space is contagious, and we all fell in love with the scenery as a result! The gentle walk to the hilltop for the Outdoor yoga was just right, not too taxing for the inexperienced walkers or those with mobility issues. The savasana at the top in the sunshine, watched over by buzzards and bees was a perfect reminder of how to be one with nature, and doing the beginnner friendly yoga in front of the glorious view was spectacular! I loved the walk through the woods, covered in bluebells and other woodland flowers, a truly special experience indeed! ❤️ Doing QiGong amongst the trees was a precious moment, having never tried it before, but it was easy to do and left us definitely invigorated; we were all just about ready by then for the wander back to our base camp by the parachute and firepit field, with plenty of time to enjoy a camp fire and all the delicious food she had prepared, as well as mingle and make new friends, before we all wandered back into the real world. This was a perfect way to spend a Sunday, and I hope I get the chance to do it again before too long!!

Wonderful relaxing retreat! - Xenia is warm and welcoming and creates a lovely relaxing day. The day is well thought out to ensure that everyone enjoys themselves. The setting is beautiful and Xenia utilises this well. Xenias yoga always enables me to feel less pain after the sessions. Xenia makes sure she accommodates everyone so that the yoga is accessible for all abilities. The forest bathing leaves me feeling relaxed and calm and enables me to let go of any worries and be present. Wonderful experience for all ages and abilities.

Relaxing Yoga Retreat with a View - Much needed beautiful countryside retreat. The location is unbeatable, private land with stunning views on the Downs. Nature and Fresh air is all around you and really help you to unwind. The Yoga Session felt great and the instructor adapted some of the postures for me as I had a strained arm, so really appreciated the extra insight, as I could still participate. The ancient forest is literally on the farm land and we had a really nice time relaxing and taking in nature. The naturalist who offered the foraging was sadly unwell, but Xenia the yoga instructor herself showed enormous knowledge of the plants around us too, so I didn't feel I was missing out. Highly recommend it.

The most beautiful yoga retreat I’ve ever been on! - I had the most incredible experience at the yoga and forest bathing retreat! The serene environment, surrounded by stunning views, provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and self-discovery. The yoga session was rejuvenating, and the Forest bathing walks helped me connect with nature on a deeper level. The instructor was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly supportive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I left the retreat feeling refreshed, balanced, and grateful for the opportunity to unwind in such a beautiful setting. Can't wait to attend again!
