What brings joy to my enterprise is the direct involvement and acquisition of skills in handling fresh pasta, a legacy from my granny’s old instructions. The finale that will astound you with its deliciousness is the Tiramisu.

Cooking with Alessia - We had a great time cooking with Alessia. We learnt how to make two different types of pasta and tiramasu from scratch with great tips from Alessia. We finished the session eating and drinking some lovely wines hand picked by Alessia. We would recommend.

AMAZING. - This was truly an unforgettable experience. Alessia was an incredible host and and even better cook. I have been to Bologna multiple times and the food that we made was one of the best meals i have ever had. She taught us history about pasta, how to make a delicious tiramisu and two types of pasta that are local to Bologna. This is one of my favorite memories while traveling. she even gives you a printed recipe of everything you made so you can make it at home. It was a ton of fun for everyone and it is a must.

Amazing pasta making experience - Very casual atmosphere. Alessia is super nice and helpful. Also has a cute friendly cat. Easy to learn recipe for tortelloni, tagliatelle and tiramisu. It turned out restaurant-grade. Alessia also serve beautiful appetizers of mortadella and parmiggiano regiano with aceto balsamico di Modena. Amazing! My daughter and I had a great time and can’t wait to make pasta for the rest of the family when we get home.

Well done cooking class by Alessia ! - On our family holiday to Italy - the group decided on a Cooking Class. Alessia was very good and made for a great late afternoon. She taught us how to make the 3T's - Tiramisu, Tagliatelle, and Tortolani ... and all were nice. Once we prepared, she also cooked and provided antipasto and wine. I had my cousin in Italy tell Alessia of dietary issues - and she was spot on to accommodate Cheers !!

Bologna Missed My Plate - Unfortunately, the cooking class fell short of my expectations. When we entered the apartment we were greeted with the smell of canned cat food which I was surprised an animal was present in the cooking area. Although Alessia was very welcoming, she was somewhat overwhelmed with 11 students which made it very crowded. The Tiramisu portion was informative and the result was very tasty. When she made the Ragu for the pasta, she used frozen vegetables, which I found to be regrettable! Finally, i feel there should have not been more than six students to get the opportunity for a real hands-on cooking experience.
