Fantastic cooking experience - We had a fantastic time with this cooking class. Paola was accommodating and lovely. We created some really delicious dishes and plan to use some of the education at home! I recommend this experience for everyone.

Fantastic charming memorable - This was one of our most memorable fantastic experiences in Italy. Roberta and her hospitality and charisma made our cooking experience a lifetime memory for our family. You immediately feel like you’re family and the food was top notch. If you’re in Bologna with a group of friends, family, or significant other, this is a must do event. Thank you Roberta for opening you beautiful home to our family. Plus we got a tiramisu to go :)

Ultimate Cooking Experience. - Our small group class ended up being private. We loved Roberta, the chef with which we were matched. She was welcoming and her recipes were exceptional. This was our best meal while in Bologna, and we cooked it!

A memorable and delicious experience with Paola - There are not enough superlative words to describe our experience with Paola! We had this class scheduled for our first day in Italy. Due to some confusion on my part, our tour took place right after we had arrived from the US and no one in our group had slept in about 20 hours nor eaten in about 10. I called Paola on the phone, and she helped me figure out where we were heading in absolutely perfect English. When we arrived at her home, she immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable and it did not take long for her to have our entire group of 6 starving and exhausted adults smiling and laughing! She was so thorough in her explanations and so patient with our lack of experience that the evening just kept getting better and better. She took us back and forth between the kitchen and the dining room to mix and roll and create magic with her fresh ingredients and ensured that everyone felt comfortable with all of their new skills. We laughed so much and learned so much at the same time. To top it off, the finished meal was mouth wateringly delicious! We drank wine and ate and ate and ate until we could eat no more! When it was finally time to go, Paola helped us pick the best walking route back to the train so that we could walk off some of our dinner and get a glimpse of this beautiful city. I am writing this review after we have been in Italy for 9 days and literally every day someone brings up something that Paola showed us or told us. We are so grateful we ended up with her as our teacher and hope to return again someday to learn more from her.

Words cannot describe how wonderful this was! - There are not enough superlative words to describe how absolutely awesome this experience was! Paola was so kind and inviting and patient while teaching us to make pasta and tiramisu. We took this class on the day of our arrival in Italy and had the immense pleasure of enjoying our first meal with a gracious hostess who opened her home and shared about her Italian culture and heritage with us. I am writing this review after 9 days of being in Italy and many wonderful experiences but Paola was still the most memorable by far; our group of 6 adults all still agree...we actually have probably brought up something that Paola taught us literally every day that we have been here. This is an amazing experience and we will never forget it! If you are thinking of booking, just do it!

Italy with Italians, without the crowds - My husband and I and our 20-something sons did this experience together. Spending time with regular Italians, in their home, conversing, asking questions and learning was more meaningful than any museum or ancient relic. We will remember our time with AnnaMaria as a highlight of Italy. Her cooking was fantastic! She and her husband were so gracious and easy to be with. The pasta making itself was a fun activity, and a piece of Italian culture we can take with us and pass to our families.

Great experience - We had a great time with Saverio! He taught us so much, we had such a fantastic session with him and the other three participants. And, of course, the food was amazing.

Delicious Tiramisu - Roberta was very nice and friendly. Her English was limited, but we made it work. The tiramisu turned out delicious.
