Dreamy Day in Bordeaux & Saint Emilion - Had an amazing time visiting 3 chateaus with our tour guide, Clem! He was very informative and helpful. We also loved the picnic lunch and visiting the town of Saint Emilion. This is a great tour if you are looking to try a variety of quality wine and learn about the region, without having to do all the research on your own.

Bordeaux Full Day Wine Tour - Maud is the BEST!!!! - Firstly, sincere apologies for the delay in our review. I always intended to write a review but busy family life back home got in the way! 🤪 We had the most truly wonderful guide for our Bordeaux full day wine tour, visiting 3 Wineries & Gourmet Picnic Lunch 👌 Maud Quinault deserves very special recognition for her fine hospitality and wine knowledge. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 She was a perfect guide, so friendly, kind, knowledgeable and fun! We loved her! 💕 She made us smile, her outlook on life and wine was unbelievable. It was wonderful to have had the luxury of a private tour as the tour was just my husband Kirk and I, so it felt so special. Maud made us feel very comfortable and welcome, she went the extra mile to take us around St Emilion to a couple of lovely stops for cheese and jams! Maud was a truly wonderful guide, very knowledgeable & fun, full of happiness and smiles, we loved the day we shared with her. 💕💕 Thank you for such a magical memorable day Maud! 💕🍷👌🥰 xxxx Sending you lots of love xxxx Janine & Kirk xxxx

Trip of a lifetime - Bordeaux wines tour review draft We went on the full day wine tour with Clem as our guide. This tour exceeded our expectations. On the way to our first stop he gave us a brief history of the city as we passed through different areas. He also began teaching us about Bordeaux wines. We toured a Chateau in Pessac-Léognan where we tasted two amazing wines and were given the history of the Chateau. We were also taught about the aging and racking process. On the way to the next Chateau in Saint-Émilion, Clem taught us about different rules of Appellation. At the Chateau we had lesson in wine tasting where we tried 3 wines paired with chocolate, followed by a delicious lunch with more wine to drink. We toured the wine making facility and had a lesson in the wine making process. Next we had some free time to explore the very picturesque medieval city of Saint-Émilion. We finished the day at a grand cru classes Chateau and tasted 4 incredible wines. Clem was a fantastic tour guide! I would highly recommend booking Bordeaux Wine Trails to experience the trip of a lifetime.

The best tour we've ever had. - The wine and the people were absolutely amazing. We went to three very different vineyards with totally different vibes at each. Each place offered between 3-4 different tastings, with insightful explanations. This especially true for the last stop Chateau Abbesse, where the person leading the tasting was also the owner, farmer and winemaker. Every vineyard was welcoming and didn't pressure anyone in buying wine. However, they made it extremely easy to buy wine and ship it to other countries as well. Our tour guide was Alexandre. He was the best guide we have ever had on any trip. He is funny, welcoming, passionate about wine, and knowledgeable about history as well. He spoke English really well and was able to help us throughout the day, while making the group come together like a little family. It was already an amazing tour, yet he made it even better! I'd recommend asking if he is available for your tour!

Great day touring Saint-Emilion wine country and tasting. - Our tour guide Alex was young, very enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about the Bordeaux wine area and the local wines. We had a nice drive from Bordeaux to Graves for our first Chateau tasting, then off to Saint-Emilion for another tasting and a delicious charcuterie lunch overlooking the Chateau vineyards. A walk through the very pretty and historic town of Saint-Emiliana followed lunch. Then off to our third Chateau to taste some more wine. At the last Chateau, the owner and winemaker hosted our tasting and was very informative about the wines, the wine making process and some great tasting tips. This was the best wine country tour that I’ve been on.

Exceptional Private Wine Tour - I booked a full day private wine tour for my Mum's birthday. We had a phenomenal day. My mum had a blast, so I can say it was a very worthwhile investment! The pace of the day was on point, not too rushed and we felt like we had a good amount of time in each spot. Jon is a wealth of good information and we felt comfortable, especially considering he speaks great Aussie English :). Thanks again for a great day.
