Enjoyable Tour - We enjoyed our walking tour with Alex. He is passionate about history and displayed his knowledge throughout our tour. He answered all our questions and the information was not overwhelming. The pace was comfortable and the two hour time frame worked perfectly.

Locals become tourists in Boston - We had a wonderful tour of Boston with Bob Hornstein with our two daughters who are in the 3rd and 4th grade. They both recently studied the American Revolution and Bob did a great job of making it come to life in the city of Boston. He was a great guide and it was fun to play "tourists" in our home town.

Great way to see historic Boston! - Molly Mitchell is a fantastic tour guide! It was clear that she knows Boston's rich history and she made our walk through the historic district fun and enlightening. I'm so glad I chose this tour! Molly also reached out after the tour to provide a recap of what we saw along with restaurant recommendations. Top notch all the way! The company also made sure we had the right meeting place.

A great way to see Boston's key historical sites - This is a great way to see the key historical sites in the centre of Boston. Molly is a knowledgeable and entertaining guide. We follow much of the Freedom Trail but not all of it, and this is fine. We learn a lot of interesting tales attached to the historical places. Especially for the first-time visitor to the city (as we were), this is an excellent introduction. The follow-up email and recommendations is also extremely valuable.

Miscommunication and Disappointment - I’m not able to give zero stars but I would if I could. The meeting point on my app and website said 560 Boylston St, Boston, Massachusetts, 02116 which was apparently not correct. They changed it to 191 Atlantic Ave. I ended up waiting and then ultimately calling Viator to speak to the tour operator and get a refund. It was the most disappointing part of my trip to Boston.
