Wonderful tour - Excellent experience! Katy is an amazing guide. The tour is short but covers a variety of places and stories. Is perfect to go alone, with friends or family. A must in Boston!

Great walking tour - Justin was a very good tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and funny while telling us all the history and spooky "giblets!" Would recommend to friends.

Great ghost tour! - Had a great time on the tour!! The Omni hotel was my favorite part. Our tour guide Justin was great, super friendly and knowledgeable and very engaging!

Our guide was great! - Our guide was awesome!!! Very informative and he was also very knowledgeable. We will do it again. We went back to the Cemetaries the next day to follow up on what he told us. Loved it!

Definitely worth it!! - It was a great tour!!! Justin had so much interesting information and stories! He was very animated and held our interest. You can tell he loves what he does. We do these walks wherever we travel. This was definitely one of the best!

Salem Witch Trial History - Our tour was very much informative about the history of the witch trials. Hearing the back story was really interesting. 4 stars because it could be shorter. Our tour guide Jobin was great, he made the history interesting

Great tour - Overall great ghost tour around Boston’s most haunted locations. The only negative was the bathroom break in the Omni - I didn’t think it was necessary for an 90 minute tour and would have been nice to see another location or hear another ghost story instead.

Bad Guide makes bad experience - We had a very disappointing tour experience. Our guide was uninteresting and lacked any real knowledge about the sites we visited. He showed no enthusiasm for being there, which made the entire tour feel like a chore rather than an enjoyable outing. Throughout the tour, he used inappropriate language and frequently inserted irrelevant personal comments that nobody cared to hear. This not only detracted from the experience but also made it uncomfortable for everyone in the group. I would not recommend this tour to anyone looking for an informative and pleasant experience. It was a waste of time and money.

Tour Cancelled 2 hours Before - We had to call the company when we couldn’t find the tour group. Apparently, they tried to let us know 2 hours before our tour that since there were only two in the tour group they were cancelling. It’s disappointing that they didn’t provide further notice since we would have made other plans. They were at least willing to offer a full refund rather than credit. I wouldn’t be booking another tour with them though since I’m worried it’ll be cancelled similarly.

Tour guide never showed- do not book with this company! - DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. My best friend booked this tour for us on Oct. 30. We literally landed at the airport, got off the plane, and drove over a hour and 40 min out of our way to attend this walking tour. We had dinner, and went to the meeting location that was provided. We had no other reason to drive to Boston other than this tour- it was very much out of the way of our hotel. We, along with about 25 others, were at the meeting location and our tour guide never showed up! Around 930pm, many others with us began calling the phone number provided in the confirmation email. They had no information and we were told no one was showing up to give the tour. We drove the hour and 40 min back to our hotel upset and extremely disappointed that a company could treat customers this way. Search elsewhere for ghost tours! This is horribly unprofessional! We did get a full refund.
