Great Tour Once We Got on the Plane but Viator was Very Unhelpful After the Tour - The tour was fantastic, We had four friends on the tour. The Ephesus tour with Elif, the tour operator, was great. She also took us to a rug place and a tile place (make sure you want to go there.) We enjoyed her and she made the tour interesting and informative. The transportation back and forth to the airport on the tour was nice and spacious. It is a full long day but it was worth it. We did have some issues. The tour started earlier than expected, which was not a problem. We left the hotel at 3:45 AM instead of the 5:30, as stated on the website. The issue was that while checking in for the flight from Istanbul to Izmir, Turkish Airlines put two of us on standby. The plane was overbooked on Turkish Air by 20 people. The tour company said we could get boarding passes at the airport. This problem may have been avoided if we checked in for the flight 24 hours ahead of time. We did not know that two of us would have seats on the plane until they were escorted up the stairs minutes before we took off. This was very stressful. Despite contacting Viator, they were very unhelpful about receiving any rewards credit for the tour.

Our 2 hour cruise - Even though it rained all day, it was a delightful experience. The crew members were awesome, the place was clean and the food was plenty. I would definitely do this again

Highly recommend - My family -2 adults and 2 elementary school-aged children really enjoyed this brunch cruise. The ship was clean and had a nice homey feel - the food was good and abundant, and the crew really nice. The captain even talked to my kids about the boat. The actual ride was smooth, and the harbor islands and Charlestown boat yards were beautiful to see. Highly recommend. We had a wonderful, relaxing time.

A Wonderful Relaxing Time - We had a lovely relaxing harbor cruise and enjoyed the very fresh offerings for the 3-course brunch, many vegetarian and gluten-free options built-in. The crew were very friendly. Just enough narration of the sights we were passing, not too much. NONE of the "exit through the giftshop" feeling you get with larger operating companies, that they are trying to take you for extra $ at every turn. Very comfortable with tables and lounge areas inside and two decks outside to explore and feel the sea breeze.

Wonderful Experience, Delightful Captain!! - We took this tourist trap type excursion and couldn’t be happier. We had read good and mediocre reviews and I actually addressed a couple of issues with the Captain, who was from Texas. I said I read a few reviews about the poor quality of the food and he without batting an eye stated that the caterer that they had was very challenging and they fired that company and now did all their own cooking. Let me share with you, the food was incredible and we’d recommend going up during your cruise on Boston Harbor and meet the Captain. Awesome Experience👍👍👍
