Highly recommended if you are looking for an easy way to experience some of the freedom trail - My family and I had a great time learning from Captain Pickles about some of the different historical sites in Boston. We ended up being part of a large group, so if that isn’t your thing I’d suggest buying one of the booklets and walking the freedom trail yourself, but he did a great job conveying the information and making sure everyone could hear and ask questions. Captain Pickles even stayed in touch the following week after I requested some book recommendations from him at the end of our tour, which he did not have to do. Thanks again!

Huzzah! - Mother Goose (the tour guide) was fantastic! She made everything interesting and kept us in shade as much as possible. We stayed cool and comfortable throughout and learned a lot about the revolution.

Ben is an amazing tour guide - Ben did a fantastic job. I tutor High School students in AP US History and I learned lots of new fun facts on this tour. He did an especially good job of balancing critical insights with patriotic narrative.

History and Humor - My husband, two teenage daughters and I had a wonderful experience on the Freedom Trail tour led by Jeremiah. He was very engaging, incredibly knowledgeable and mixed a lot of humor in with his historical narratives. I also appreciated his modern day comparisons to help make the information a bit more relatable to my teenagers. If you are lucky enough to get Jeremiah to lead you through your tour, you will not be disappointed. Great experihad by all!

Boston Freedom Trail Tour - This tour provides insight into the causes of the Revolutionary War. Our tour guide Elaina, aka Mother Goose, gave an excellent educational performance yesterday. Her performance was perfectly timed. My Wife Paula and I recognize good teaching when we see it. Together we have 50 plus years of teaching experience at the elementary, secondary and post secondary levels. We recommend that you continue to employ Elaina and try to hire more guides like her. Not really our thing - Capt. Pickles, our guide, was very knowledgeable and full of historical information. But the large group and small area covered contributed to a slow pace. Heavy on info and short on variety. No complaints just a fact that our clan lends itself to a faster pace and covering more ground. We bailed about halfway thru and self guided the rest of the day around parts of Boston.
