Fantastic Tour - This was the exact experience that we were looking for. Informational, yet not too nerdy on historic trivia. Our pizza options were terrific and the cannoli at the end is delicious. A wonderful way to walk and explore a new city. Tim was fantastic!

Ernesto's - I loved the tour. I thought "Big Al" was a great guide. Full of enthusiasm and the right amount of information and humor for me. I appreciated learning unexpected things about the North End. The pizza choices were good. Can't go wrong with Ernesto's and Regina. Too bad Umberto's was closed but the third option was fine. I brought my nephew and niece, 12 and 13 1/2. They loved the pizza but were not so engaged with the history. If you come with young kids, keep in mind how open and curious they are about local history.

History, pizza, cannolis, oh my! - Scotty was our guide. I learned so much about the history of Boston's North End! The pizza was amazing (first slice was the best!) and the cannoli from Modern Pastry was amazing! Lots of walking but I never felt rushed. Would recommend this to anyone looking to spend a few hours in the North End!

Could have been better - Tim had great stories and provided a lot of information. He walked at his pace, jaywalking at times and seemed as if he didn’t care if the group kept up or not. We enjoyed trying the 3 styles of pizza. The cannoli was ok, not the best I’ve tasted. Only complaint, the group felt sort of ‘dumped’ at the end. We sat at the tables at the last stop while he went off to get the cannolis, but he hadn’t ordered the pizza … so we were there a while after he left.

Had higher hopes for this tour... - We had higher hopes for this tour...pizza and history: it appealed to all of us. However, the description was not what we experienced aside from pizza from three different places (two of which the guide picked up and handed us to eat in two different parks). We were rushed through the streets and things were pointed out quickly and we had no time to read plaques or take pictures of anything aside from Paul Revere statue. Very disappointed.

Sad it wasn't what my friend had describe in his experience. - The guide was 15 min late. We were asked about dietary restrictions on the site we bought our tickets so we assumed they would be considered, but they were not. 2 of out people could not eat at all. They only made 3 stops instead of 4, Ernestos, Regina's and Modern. The pizza from Modern was terrible. Our tour did not take us past USS Constitution.

Unresponsive Customer Service - Reached out to the company and tour guide about the tour using the number on the site and from the agent and the tour guide never responded to our questions. We were told that Tim would respond once he had a moment and to date we have not heard from Tim. I would not recommend this company to family and friends.
