A great time! - The Ferry was awesome. Our tour guide was absolutely amazing! 10/10 recommend. My husband and I enjoyed her vast knowledge of all things Salem and Boston. She had a real zest for the area and it showed!!!!

Fun and informative! - Our guide Jason was great! He was waiting for us with a sign, when we exited the ferry in Salem. He kept the tour fun and was very knowledgeable! There was a total of 12 people taking the tour. It was nice not having to worry about parking, by taking the ferry. Highly recommend! (The only issue those of us on this tour had, was when we tried to board the ferry at our return time. Our tickets wouldn't scan, so we had to go over to the building and the ferry personnel gave us comp tickets, to board)

Mediocre - We took our 12 year old grandson on this tour, it was a lot of walking just to be told this is the house that was owned by…built by etc. fewer houses that we could have toured would have made the trip more worthwhile.

A let down of a tour - Not what I expected. We just walked around and our guide just pointed things out rather than visiting the sites.. we couldn't hear our guide at all. She needed a microphone.. I seen other tour guide had them and they seemed more lively. We ended up leaving the tour and going off on our own... we received more highlights from the locals..

Overpriced and underwhelming - Not worth the money. Couldn’t hear the guide. A lot of standing in the rain talking about what we were going to do. Salem is worth seeing but not on this tour.

Couldn’t even go! DO NOT BOOK. - Showed up to the ferry and my entire family was told we could not board and they could not find anyone’s reservation but mine, despite having the confirmation code. Upon calling to check, our group had been “cancelled by the operator”. Mine wasn’t cancelled. They REFUSED to refund it even though I could not leave my group of 14 to take a 7 hour tour alone. HORRIBLE experience. Do not book this.
