We have a 72-hour cancellation policy; if you cancel within that timeframe, you will be charged in full for your rental. If you cancel before the 72-hour period, you will be charged a $50 refund fee per reservation or per boat. If you cancel and would like to reschedule, there will be a $50 re-booking fee.
Since boats are covered with full window enclosures, the operator will continue to operate during cooler weather and light rain events. Reservations are canceled and fully refunded only if the weather is considered too dangerous (i.e., high winds, heavy rain, hail, or rough seas) to navigate the harbor. Bookings that are canceled by the operator due to weather are entitled to a full refund or may be rescheduled to a later date.
