Amazing - Amazing trip. The guys were well informed and made us most comfortable as we boarded the helicopter. Amazing trip!!

Bucket list ticked - Amazing experience from start to finish. Helicopter over the canyon was outstanding. The atv tour and the stop at the hoover dam was also great. Guide was very friendly and knowledgeable

See the sights via Bus and Helicopter - This is such a great tour. We were really torn as we wanted to see Hoover Dam and the dessert en route to the Canyon but didn’t want to do a longer duration bus tour (13+ hours), then the cost of a helicopter tour from Boulder City to do a Grand Canyon flyover was a lot but it seemed too short a tour for us. This one picks up at your hotel on a mini bus, so nice small group, drives to Hoover Dam for a stop off then onto a Ranch near the Canyon where we took a Helicopter ride around the Canyon. We had some lunch on the ranch, the facilities were really good. It was an amazing tour. We were dropped back to our hotel by 3pm. Rena our tour guide was excellent. Lots of local knowledge, we learned some really interesting stuff from her. We would highly recommend this tour.

Amazing experience! Do it.. - The views were breath taking! Our driver and tourguide Drew was a star. Very knowledgeable and make the experience fun. He was super helpful to some members of the party who needed additional support too. Thanks for a fab day Drew and everyone else who made it such a brilliant day.

Fantastic experience! - Absolutely loved this trip. Rena our guide and Corey the helicopter pilot was fantastic! The ATV and Helicopter experiences were fantastic! Note: No monster truck ride! We left at 6.30am in the morning and didn’t eat until midday. Not the experiences fault so no reflection on the trip but Viator states you get breakfast or lunch but a trip based on an early start we thought we was stopping for breakfast as stated in their description.

not all that is promised - Great tour guide and loved the helicopter ride but what happened to the Monster truck ? that was on ticket list ? we were looking forward to it

Poor Viator service but excellent helicopter ride - Viator service and communication is very poor Vague instructions— the booking operator didn’t know any details and could not answer any questions, she kept putting me on hold to go check on the details of the tour. They told us we’d be pick up and dropped off at our hotel, then later they in the day they sent a note stating we would have to go meet them at another hotel. I asked the local company why the Viator agent didn’t tell us that, she said we tell them every time and they don’t tell passengers. The worst van (uncomfortable Mercedes van) for the ride from Vegas to the canyon. It fits 12 people but there is no leg room between rows. If you’re a tall person, prepare to be on a painful ride for 4 hours. My son is 6’4”. The music on the van was very loud. The ranch and helicopter ride were excellent. I should have booked with them directly and avoided the horrible service by Viator. Will do that next year.
