Fabulous tour with Luis - So glad we booked the extended tour. Luis our guide was very knowledgable, friendly and full of energy and was also an excellent driver! The constant supply of snacks and cold drinks were much appreciated as was his running commentary of interesting facts throughout the tour. Couldn’t fault anything -Max Tours were great and would strongly recommend them.

A Great Dam Time! - We have been looking forward to this trip for quite a while and are pleased with the experience. Luis was very personable, courteous, and informed. We enjoyed our trip and tour.

David is a superlative guide. - Honestly the Dam is amazing; however Dave, our tour guide, made the trip truly memorable. He provided detailed background on many topics in addition to the Dam. He has done significant research to add value to the trip. He followed up on the few questions we asked that he did not know the answers. He consistently offered to photo us and recommended the best spots. The plant tour, walking on the Tillman bridge and Dam itself offer the best options to get the most out of this tour. The small size of the group is ideal.

Highly recommend 😀 - We booked this trip prior to leaving the UK as the website looked professional and the tour seemed to include everything we required. Communication was excellent and Luis arrived at the specified time at our hotel and gave our small group extensive information about the areas we drove through and when we arrived at the Hoover Dam. Throughout the tour we were asked if we wanted drinks and snacks and Luis volunteered to take photos if we wanted.

Remarkable feat of engineering - Seeing the inside of the dam, hearing about the workers and the Tillman Bridge I loved the commentary about Boulder City and the input of women in building the businesses of the city while the men worked on the dam.
