Great trip - A must do trip when I’m Las Vegas. Great viewpoints at the Grand Canyon. Clean and comfortable transport. Friendly and helpful tour guide. My only criticism is that it is a long day trip which could have been made shorter by having less stops e.g dinner stop, which is not included within the trip.

Very good - The tour guide and the driver were excellent. It was a bit disappointing that we were not able to shoot our own pictures during the skywalk tour.

Overall great experience! - Great experience! On the way there our bus was nice and cool temperature wise. Our guide Curty and the bus driver were excellent. Curty was very knowledgeable and clear with expectations, timing etc. The bus on the way back was very very warm and the A/C did not appear to be working. We also picked up our lunch right away in the morning and therefore our sandwiches with lunch meat was sitting on the bus in the heat and was very warm upon eating. -Amber and Dana

Sweet Kate rocks! - Sweet Kate is amazing! She loves her job and it makes the entire trip that much more exciting. Only con was the bus AC. If you're a person who gets cold easily, bring a jacket for the morning. Otherwise dress light because it gets HOT on that bus in the afternoon!

Overall OK - Overall, good value. We had an opportunity to spend 4 hours at the Grand Canyon West Rim and a photo stop with an overview of the Hoover Dam. I took this bus trip so that I could relax and talk with my grandson. But you should not talk when the tour guide is speaking. Kevin was our tour guide and seemed like a nice person, but it was obvious that he loved talking. If he wasn't talking about Las Vegas, he was talking about the rap game. And in between, he was selling things like the skywalk, helicopter rides, dinner, transportation to the various points at the Grand Canyon. He is hardest working tour guide I've ever seen and, he doesn't need a microphone. With your Grand Canyon ticket, you are able to ride the complimentary shuttle around the park. Kevin offered a tour, free time, and transportation around the park. This was nice and worth the $20 to be able to leave your things on the bus and not have to wait in line for the shuttle. I think it would be a good idea to offer a non-tour transportation option for about $10. I took the breakfast option; I recommend avoiding it. The included lunch was ok. After our Hoover Dam photo stop, we had a dinner break. Not sure why we had to stop for dinner as Hoover Dam is about 40 minutes from Las Vegas, I've driven there on my own. I had a teenager with me, so I had to buy food. If I was by myself, I wouldn't have. The bus seats were super uncomfortable. I ended up feeling dizzy and with a headache. I wish the information provided had focused more on Las Vegas.

Horrible AC, disappointed - The tour guide and driver were lovely and thorough. The guide was very professional and enjoyable. But the AC in the bus was unbearable. Everyone was dripping in sweat. Some passengers even Ubered back home due to the heat. There were many outlets in the bus where fans could have been plugged in and everyone on the bus was uncomfortable for a prolonged period of time. Second, the Hoover dam experience was very short. We were expecting to walk by the actual dam itself, and we ended up just passing it from very far away. We were also expecting to be able to go look at the trails at the Hoover dam, however, I do not believe we were given that option. The lunch was just okay. The comfortability of the seats was just okay as well but could have been better for the length of the tour. The company texted us several times in advance, warning us to bring jackets because the bus was expected to be cold. We also were not told that there were outlets on the bus and only brought a cord with a USB that had nowhere to be plugged in. In the future, it would be appreciated if the passengers are told there are outlets on the bus. I would not recommend to my family or friends to come on this tour if the quality of this service does not change.

Broken down bus - The tour bus had mechanical issues, we were stuck at a chevron gas station for 2.5 hours! The tour company is driving tourists into the desert with buses that are clearly not maintained to a high standard!! Very disappointing.
