Take the chance to observe Carpathian brown bears in their natural habitat with this 3-hour bear viewing excursion from Brașov. Departing at dusk, venture by minivan or car into the Carpathian Mountains, then, guided by a forest ranger, traverse into the woods to a secure wildlife viewing area. Silently watch for the magnificent brown bears that inhabit these forests. Keep an eye out for young bears, large males, and female bears with their cubs, as well as other fauna such as deer and wild boar.

Please note: we cannot ensure with absolute certainty that you will see any of the above-mentioned wildlife. Remember, these creatures have their own lifestyles, and as humans, we strive to observe them as respectfully as possible in their natural surroundings.

• Dress warmly: sturdy, waterproof footwear and warm clothing recommended

• Do NOT use any perfume
• Do NOT bring any food with you
• Minimum booking numbers apply (2 pax). If you would like to join as 1 person please note that the price for 2 is be applicable. In case we have other tourists, we refund the difference you paid as solo traveler, after the tour.

• At the end of the tour we can drop you off at your location in Brasov, for an extra fee. Please inform the driver about it.
• We cannot guarantee 100% that you will be able to see any of the wildlife listed above. Do not forget that wildlife have their own way of living and we, humans, try to approach them as much as possible in their natural habitat.
• The starting time is between 16:00 - 18:00, depending of the month! We inform you about the exact pick up time from Biblioteca Județeană “George Barițiu”, Bulevardul Eroilor 33-35 with 2-3 days before! Extra charges apply if you are staying in Poiana Brasov resort!
