  • Brown Lake - Brown Lake is pure rainwater tinged brown by the native tea trees, also known as Lake Bummiera, some say this hidden treasure has rejuvenating waters.
Learn about the island and the historic and cultural importance of the Quandamooka People. Get refreshed and reenergized at the fresh waters of this beautiful lake.
  • Cylinder Beach - From one of the most impressive lookouts at the island, take amazing pictures and go for a quick walk at this paradisiac beach.
  • North Gorge Walk - The big attraction of the day: The Gorge Walk.
On this 40-45 minutes walk, you will enjoy the amazing views of the Coral Sea at the South Pacific Ocean, and its incredibly rich marine life: great chances to spot manta rays, turtles, dolphins, and much more.
  • Point Lookout - It’s time for lunch at Point Lookout.
As we like giving our travelers multiple choices, you can either bring your own lunch or buy a takeway and enjoy a picnic with amazing views.
  • Amity Point Beach - It’s then time to relax at the beach, so the tour will be headed to Amity Point.
Your tour guide will take you on a walk (secret place) to search for koalas in the wild and, if koalas-spotting is not your thing, again you have options: enjoy even more time at the beach.

Best Experience for One Day - I had a great time. Our guide was knowledgeable and engaging yet flexible. Its the best way to see as much on the island as you can if you only have one day. Maybe bring a change of clothes and towel for swimming recommendations if you want to do that, but there’s plenty at your stops to just walk around and see from dry land. We saw turtles, dolphins, whales, manta/sting rays, koalas, and kangaroos. Also you get time for lunch and ice cream. I recommend the prawn roll that our guide recommended to me.

We got it all sun, kangeroo, koala, blown away sunset, prawn bun for lunch (pay yourself). No rushing just giving us time to soke up the beauty of the island. Highly recommend Hit the road day 👍🏝️✌️

Amazing tour of North Stradbroke Island! - Excellent tour! Very well organized, and a great overall value for a 9a-7p full-day adventure. We visited all the key areas of North Stradbroke Island, including Point Lookout (an amazing 1-hour leisurely coastal walk with breathtaking views!), Amity Point, and Dunwich, among other points of interest such as secluded beaches, lakes (Brown Lake), springs (Myora Springs), and other natural areas with kangaroos and koalas. Lunch at the Prawn Shack was excellent; I had a super fresh local prawn and avocado wrap, which was delicious. I would eat there every day if I lived on the island! Everything ran on schedule, the ferry was excellent, and our lovely guide, Katie, was amazing. Very friendly, personable, kind, high-energy, and a kaola-spotting expert! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Good on ya, Kate! Highly recommend this trip!

Great day in North Stradbroke Island - Fantastic 1-day trip to North Stradbroke Island, in Brisbane. Our guide, Brett, would explain interesting things about the island, Brisbane city, first Englishmen arriving, aborigens, etc. He also took the group "koala hunting" and we saw 5 koalas up on the trees. It was great
