Best time to book. - We really loved it. Best time to book is at 4:30pm. Hardly anyone on board, and peace and quiet. Also, they were great 👍.

Interesting but hard to see. - Very interesting trip, fact filled but being able to see out was very trying, had to move around a lot. While sitting in the Center of upper deck the curtains at the bottom were solid black at the bottom, eye level.

A Little Disappointing...Needs Improvement - Perfect day (September 3, 2023) for a day on the water, the shoreline sights are interesting (Canadian side only). However, rather pricey ticket to stand in line for 30 minutes waiting to board; pre-recorded narrative in English and French was difficult to hear over the noise of the boat engine; the upper deck is setup theatre style with rows of plastic chairs, very crowded with passengers also sitting along the sides. Facing forward, the line of sight is blocked by the front window frame running horizontal from port to starboard. A brochure with information on the points of interest identified in the narrative would have been useful. Move to the lower deck and sit by the windows (they slide open) for a better view, but still loud engine noise.

Chowdhury - I find the entire trip is very poorly designed. The boat is not very comfortable and the cruising was only limited to the Canadian water. Given the price of the tickets the tour should have been more on the bigger side of the river. I wouldn’t recommend this trip to anyone. We have family came from overseas and we told them about going in the US and Canadian water but that didn’t happen.
