Lion and Safari and Cradle of Humankind - I’ve had a combination of Lion and Safari and Cradle of Humankind. Guide was very friendly and professional, all was taken care of. Lion and Safari - good place to see lions and giraffes from very close distance.

The guide and 2hour safari was fun and informative. We wanted to warm up our cameras and lenses for our extensive journey through Namibia & Botswana… the lions were very close and the guide was helpful in explaining animal behaviors and characteristics…

Book this tour NOW!!! - This experience was breathtaking. I was able to see so many lions and even was in awe watching them during feeding. It was a pleasure to see other animals in addition to the lions.The guide did a great job with directing us on what not to do and stated that our safety and enjoyment are his priorities. I highly recommend this experience.

Excellent half day tour of Lion Park! - I had a terrific time on this half day tour from Johannesburg. Pick-up from my accommodation was punctual, and communicated the evening prior. The driver was extremely professional and friendly! After picking up other guests, we proceeded to drive the 1 hour to the Lion Park. Upon arrival, the guide secured the safari tickets and we were on our way! Our safari began at 9:30am and finished around 11:30am. It was fantastic! There are never any guarantees with wildlife, but the animals were all very active during our visit! I particularly loved seeing the different enclosures of lions, the giraffes, and the hyenas! I had a wonderful time at the Lion Park. The driver gave us a bit of free time at the Lion Park prior to driving back to Johannesburg with drop-off at our respective accommodation. The Lion Park is well equipped with two restaurants on site, little shops to buy cold drinks and snacks, and the opportunity to see other animals in their enclosures. There are clean modern toilets on site also, and other amenities such as a children’s playground, information centre and many souvenir shops! We arrived back in Johannesburg around 1:30pm as promised, and I was taken straight to the airport to catch my evening flight (the tour operator graciously agreed to do this instead of dropping me back off at my hotel nearby the airport, saving me time and the hassle). Hotel pick-up and drop-off were included in the cost of my tour, as were all entrance fees. Terrific operator and a fantastic half day tour! I really enjoyed it! Thank you very much - I had a very enjoyable day.

I RECOMMEND - The tour was superb, the guide is kind and explains the history of Pretoria perfectly and the Lion Park is INCREDIBLE I recommend the activity
