Still awaiting refund 4 months later........ - If I could give zero starts I would.
Booked and paid for a limo on 7th December from Manhattan to JFK. Payment taken but car never came and they cancelled the booking as traffic was too busy! I have reached out 4 times to be refunded and still not received my payment back. Avoid at all costs very poor service
