Ezelstraat 98 - Learn how to make Pralines & mendiants chocolates from scratch!
We make everything ourselves during the workshop. You work in teams of 2 or 3 first learning the tempering process, then the praline shells, ganache, the mendiants, filling the shells with the ganache, closing & hot chocolate! We provide you a nice box to take your very own 35+ crafted pieces of chocolate home! We accept kids form 12 years old and up.

Familiarize yourself with the fundamentals of crafting chocolate, with all the essential tools provided as well as assistance from beginning to end. Enjoy the pleasure of taking home your own handcrafted chocolates in an attractive gold box, coupled with the option to taste delightful hot chocolate! We equip you with the recipes and requisite know-how, enabling you to replicate the process in your home subsequently!
Unlike other workshops that merely involve dipping items into chocolate, you will be taught to prepare pralines authentically from the ground up in our workshop!
- The whole workshop can be made dairy free or vegan except the hot chocolate that always contains dairy.

Fun informative chocolate-making class - Gisele was an amazing instructor. She made the class fun and informative. We had lots of personalized attention too. We were sent home with plenty of yummy chocolates too. We had a great time!

Chocolate making class - We really enjoyed this chocolate making class. The instructor was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was fun to learn all the technique and able to be creative with making our own pralines. Best of all we got to bring our work home!

A really enjoyable experience! - We spent a really fun 2½ hours making some delicious chocolate. The space was really well presented and felt like a premium experience. The chocolate making was stress-free but not boring. Our instructor Henry did a great job, keeping everyone entertained and on track.

Wonderful experience! - This workshop was so much fun and very informative on how chocolate is made! It was a perfect way to start our day in Bruges, and our host Henry went above and beyond to make sure everyone was engaged and having fun. Definitely recommend this for couples or larger groups!

Lighthearted fun making chocolate experience - This was a great experience for my family! We had so much fun making chocolates! Small group class makes it more intimate and got to meet other people. Our instructor Ghazal was awesome! We got to make our own chocolates and take them with us. Would definitely recommend for a lighthearted fun making chocolate experience!

Great chocolate workshop - If you love chocolate, do not miss this workshop. Though the location is a bit away from the center of Brussels, it is well worth it. The workshop master is excellent and the atmosphere is warm and friendly. So much chocolate to go around! Very fun and educational!
