Perfect way to be introduced to lovely Bruges! - I love my tour with Norbert. He knew SO much about the city and entertained everyone's questions. He was totally selfless with his time, just a lovely person. And of course, Bruges... What can I say?Just magical! I'm so glad I chose this tour because of the perfect mix of walking and being on the water! So fun! Thanks, Norbert, and I looked for you for the next few days to give you the tip I so rudely forgot to take with me that day!!!! Forgive me! You deserved a tip!

Great guide. Great town. - The Walk route was more than likely standard as there were a few groups wandering around just like ours. However, the tour is made by the guide. Our guide Michael was fantastic clearly clearly very interested in passing on the history of his town. Group was a reasonable size, and although the rain was about, we managed to time it well. The boat component of the tour is actually a piggyback onto one of the local boat, 3rd party, tour operators and our land guide actually waited ashore while we went around on the canals so that particular aspect may be variable friending who is taking the boat. However for our trip our guide was quite interactive and enthusiastic and not robotic like we have had on some other boat trips and it was enjoyable. thankfully the rain held off while we’re on the boat. Take your umbrella or raincoat though as boats are open. Overall a very enjoyable tour and thank you very much to Michael for his tips. The visit to the chocolate shop gave us the courage to ask a few questions and make all our purchases at once making the challenge and decision later on which shop to choose a non event as we had already made our purchases. A lovely historic town worth doing.

GREAT Overview of Bruges !! - Outstanding tour by our wonderful tour guide Wim ! It was our first tour to Bruges, and Wim provided an excellent overview of all the key cultural and historical landmarks — he was a wealth of knowledge, answering several questions from our tour group and providing very meaningful context.
