Great boat trip - Visit to Bruges. Great historic boat trip around Bruges. The ‘captain’ really knew his stuff and could translate it into 4 different languages! Only €15 each for half hour trip. Worth a look.

Good guide - Very nice guide. Gave us a very good ride. With very good explanations on all the stops in the city. I recommend it!!!!

Good for the boat tour - Boat tour was highlight. Tour guide was very nice but was heard to hear her over the noise of everything around us.

Bruges... heritage, history and legends - Very competent and very pleasant guide... A bit of humor... the way in which she understood history by telling us legends was original. I learned a lot and had a lot of fun. To recommend !!!

Definitely want to come back! - Great tour! I loved visiting Bruges and hope to come back soon. We had a great tour guide who told us so much history and we really enjoyed the canal ride. So pretty from the canal as well as the street. Since we were on a cruise we just didn’t have enough time in this beautiful city.

Good mix - We enjoyed the combination of a walking tour and boat ride. Just enough of a mix. Our tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable, it seemed: we recommend this tour.

Fairytale place to visit - Fantastic views - all photo worthy. Guide was inexperienced but still did a good job. Our only complaint - tour was sold as a 3hr tour whereas it actually lasted 2.5 hours

Not very happy with the experience. - Meeting at the train station makes no sense as it is a long way from the center of town and the time it takes to walk to the center detracts from the tour. The tour group was way too large and got too strung out especially in the crowded areas. At the end of the tour we given the directions to the canal tour. The tour should have ended at the boat tour so there would be no confusion as to which one we should take. The tour guide was good—enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and spoke excellent English.

Weekend trip to Bruges - The tour guide did not manage the large group well. For example, quite often they would talk to the group while walking in front making it nearly impossible to hear. It would have been better to stop the group and stand in the middle while speaking.

Where’s everyone? - We arrived from the cruise port into the city on another Viator experience. However the bus left us more than one mile from the meeting point for this experience. As much as we hurried when we arrived at the meeting point there was no one and there was no office to go to. Needless to say we were not able to take the tour.
