Great tour of a beautiful city! - Our visit to Bruges was definitely enhanced by taking this tour. Julian was both informative and entertaining as we walked through the beautiful streets of Bruges. We didn't initially sign up for the boat tour, but added it later and are glad that we did. It was a great way to see some of the same buildings from a different perspective.

Our guide was great - Pieter was very pleasant & knowledgeable. He was also helpful to those needing umbrellas. It was nice to learn the background history of Bruges, instead of all the commercial hype of chocolate & souvenir stores. Might mention only ATM for a tip is located at train station, find that out too late. Thank you

Worst experience - Worst experience. I don’t recommend this city tour. The tour guide, Mrs. Svitlana, was not aware of the group needs on our way to explore this beautiful city. What was intended to be very nice it turned to a nightmare visit.

We tried to get in touch... - We tried to get in touch with the guide to understand how long the tour was and if one in our group could join in half way. She needed to because of an injury. We did not get an answer. In the end we cancelled.
