Victim of his deserved success - My husband and I really enjoyed this museum for its playful staging of the chocolate story. I especially liked the animation of Quetzalcoatl and the delicious little pieces of chocolate offered at the entrance and demonstration. The voice of the audioguide expresses the information with enough dynamism to avoid fatigue and boredom. The chocolate achievements are impressive: a big bravo to the pastry chefs! The staff at the front desk are friendly and welcoming. Small downside though: there are many visitors and among them, some seem not to understand that you should not push or block the passage of other people around them... After a while, we crossed some rooms as we cross a street to flee the malotrus. The museum is obviously not responsible for the inappropriate behaviour of others, but given the large number of visitors and the small size of the rooms, perhaps consideration should be given to the introduction of a Mandatory Reservation with time slots to be respected? Or explore other avenues to allow everyone to fully enjoy their visit? Anyway, a big thank you for this pleasant time!

Lots of stairs and can be very warm in the summer - Very informative tour but more focused on children than adults. Lots of stairs and some areas are not air conditioned. Well done.

Belgian chocolate - Nice museum Very interesting information, nice that it is in different languages! Too bad you sometimes get in each other's way when you wanted to scan a sign for the information. Nice that there were also jars to taste chocolate and that there was a demonstration of how they make filled chocolates Nice the quiz you have at the end to know which chocolate suits you best and you can buy it in the store

No Cadbury world - It’s ok I’ve visited many more interactive attractions in the past that where excellent so my expectations were high so was slightly disappointed. My little one enjoyed it and we all got free chocolate at the end so that was a nice treat. Good to punch in an hour

Kinda weird, not really good for toddlers - We went here as a cruise excursion when we sailed to Zeebruges. Kinda weird actually, and not really something great for toddlers other than the ability for them to each chocolate!

It's already happier at the entrance - We stood 20!! Minutes in the queue until we find out at the ticket office that the museum is fully booked and you have to reserve a seat or come back later, then (maybe) something is free. We found quite cheeky - you have to communicate something like this earlier and not keep people waiting so long. We're not coming back.

If you value personal space, STAY AWAY - I've never been to such an unpleasant museum in all my life. I was in a constant state of anxiety for one reason or another throughout my visit. Above all else, if you value your personal space STAY AWAY from this museum. The narrow corridors contain hundreds of small numbered points on the walls that you have to tap with your audioguide gadget to hear an (irritating American) narration. Having scanned, people stand right in front of these numbers, blocking access for others. The result is a constant invasion of your person space, or requirement to invade other people's. I felt constantly uncomfortable. Interactive video screen displays also had (lots of, small) text to read but inadequate time to read it and understand the activity before the screen timed out. You were then unable to try a second time. On some screens, having 'failed' due to inadequate time to read and process the information you were then prevented from trying again to improve your score. The building was busy with bored children who lacked patience to listen to the narrations and instead wandered around being loud and getting into your space, compounding the problems from the adults. I could not wait to leave.
