Magical City - Bruno, our guide, was awesome. The tour consists of a 2-2.5hr visit to Ghent, half of which is a guided walking tour and half is free time to explore. After which, we then proceeded to Brugge and had lunch of our choice. There are many restaurants to choose from. We then continued with a walking your with Bruno, then 2hrs of free time and optional boat tour. Prepare 15eur to be paid separately if you opt for it.

Wonderful tour if you are short of time in Belgium - This was a great experience, we had just a few days in Brussels, so dediced to take this short tour, the bus was very comfortable, with A/C all the time, perfect cause it was a very hot day. All the explanations and the history were very interesting, the guide was very kind and answered all our questions. Obviously, being just a 1-day tour, your time is limited, but I think it was very well distributed. Overall and amazing experience.

Too many people - I tour guide was nice enough and knew his stuff. However, overall, it was only an okay day because the tour group had far too many people. As a result, it was difficult to stay together amongst the crowds and caused our guide to walk so slowly that it felt like we did nothing but walk and limited our free time to actually see things.

Poor Guide, Good Destinations. - Bruno was our guide. Some guides are good, he wasn't. Monotonous, basically reading from a script. It would have been nice to know our tour was both English/French. Absolutely no engagement with audience, other than to tongue-lash them for having the audacity to whisper to one another during his foreign language PAs. Go for the destinations, or better yet, just take a train yourself, you'll have more fun and be more in control of your experience and schedule.

Not a very good eperience a trip to Brugge with Viator - Seeing the architecture and beautiful scenery, Unfortunately we got. lost. on our return and left behind. We ended returning by train , Two seniors were left behind as we did not have contact numbers of the operator nor driver. When we reached the bus stop in a taxi, late by a few minutes, the bus had already left us in a foreign country and unfamiliar place. There should be a way to avoid such situations in the future, especially as payment in full had already been. made. Although I have used Viator many times, after this experience, I will consider twice before booking future trips.
