Amazing Trip and Amazing Guide! - Ana was unbelievable! She is very knowledgeable and caring. She explained everything very well and also she gave us time to do our own thing too. Best tour guide I have ever had!

Fantastic - Ana was a great guide, she clearly communicated not only the history but convience stops, meeting times and places of interest for our free time. Peleş castle is a must visit and guided by Ana really added to the experience. Be prepared for long bus rides as the traffic was very bad on our Saturday trip, but the venues weren’t over crowded. The advert does say traffic can be bad, and it was, worse than the M25 in the UK!

Excellent Full Day Tour - The coach picked us up at 7.30am. We did not get back until 9pm. The trip was excellent and our tour guide Dana was full of information and very knowledgeable. Dana had a great sense of humour and had some funny stories. We had 3 places we visited. A stop for 20 minutes before our first castle. Then onto Bran Castle and finally Borsov

Great way to spend a day - Mihnea was an excellent guide, it was a long day but great value for money, only suggestion I would have is some free time in Brasov as the history became too much to take in by that time.

Great experience! - Great trip! Bran and Peles castles are both beautiful. But what really made the trip for me was our tour guide, Ana. She gave us just enough of the history of the region to put the castles in context plus added enough amusing details to bring it to life. I would definitely recommend. Would recommend having What’s App installed as this was the primary way of communicating. She was very good about communicating times as well as names of foods, etc.

Great tour for those short on time - I had a great time! I learned a lot of history from the tour guide, though it was hard to pay attention on the bus. Some takeaways-- the tour guide gave us the option to pay in cash for the castle tours in advance. I think it was 50 and 70 ROM. I wasn't sure if that was on the website but very good to know in advance. Also-- lunch. Pack lots of snacks!!! We did not actually get to stop and sit down for lunch anywhere. There was time to grab some street food, but I only had about 15-20 minutes and it was already about 3:00 so I'm glad I brought snacks. I wish time for lunch was built in better. Whatsapp-- the tour guide invites you to a WhatsApp group. I needed the contact info because I couldn't find the bus at first at the meet up point. He was very good at making sure I was picked up. That being said, you are responsible for making sure you get back to the bus on time! Or risk being left behind... The castle tours were great. The Brasov walking tour was last, and I was already tired. We followed the guide around a few places and even though his history was interesting, it would have been nice to have quicker chats and have some time to walk around and explore. I love to shop and didn't have time to do much souvenir shopping at all on the trip. It did take a long time to get back so make sure to pack snacks and water. They stopped for bathroom breaks once in the morning and on the way home. It was 80-90 degrees when I went and the bus was pretty warm so no need for lots of layers in my opinion. Overall a great time and I even made a new friend as a solo traveler. Highly recommend!

If it wasn't so cheap, I'd say pass - The pre-tour information was lacking. Specifics on where to get bus were non-existent. A WhatsApp group was set up, but I only learned this after I finally found the group. I don't have WhatsApp. No message was ever sent from your company. Guide was monotone and pretty boring. If the tour wasn't so cheap, I'd say pass. I got picked up at 0800 and did not arrive back until 2100. Lots of tims on bus. Very little time to eat and explore.

Rushed - It felt very rushed. No time to enjoy exploring at Peles castle nor Bran Castle. The driver seemed to be in a bad mood, and was talking on his phone several times while driving. I felt like we were hurried through and not able to enjoy the castles.

Watch out for Vlad - This tour was poorly managed. We were instructed to meet at one location without option when booking. However, the tour bus made up to 3 other stops to pick up passengers. The coach was out dated and the air conditioning was spotty. This is unacceptable when there are so many people on the bus and the windows are not tinted to repel sun. It should be noted that not only are both attractions on this tour an extra cost, the wait to get into them are long and dependent on the guides ability to organize a large group of people. We exhausted almost all of our time allotted time in Sinaia waiting to get into Peles Castle. The worst part of the tour was the sheer hostility of the guide, Vlad. We made multiple stops on this trip and at each stop a few people were late arriving back to the coach. This is understandable, as there were lines at every stop: bathrooms, check out counters, restaurants, etc. During the final stop in Brasov we were instructed to be at the coach at 1725. At 1727, I messaged the guide on WhatsApp that we were on our way. At 1730, I was called by Vlad, who began to yell that the coach had already left and would have to turn around. His communication unacceptable. I always use TripAdvisor to book my tours in multiple countries and have never been treated like this. There is always an extra wait when passengers are running behind. Two additional passengers got on the coach minutes after us. I wonder if Vlad called to yell at them too.

Bad all day trip - Our tour guide was not friendly. He wouldn’t allow us to eat anything on the bus. Did not offer very much information on what we were seeing. Threaten to leave us if we didn’t get back to the bus on time. He also went and got in an empty seat and went to sleep. His name was Dan. Our bus driver drove like a mad man. He drove over the speed limit constantly. I know for a fact as I sat right behind him and could see the speedometer. He was drifting over in the opposite lane constantly and nearly hit many on coming cars and trucks. He almost hit 2 people in a crosswalk as he was going 70 kilometers and couldn’t stop fast enough without all of the passengers falling out of there seats. I was not able to relax the whole drive back to my hotel. Then the tour guide didn’t want to take us back to our original pick up place. We got dropped at another place and we had to walk further back to our hotel. The bus driver name was Victor. Will not recommend you again, or the Eastern European experience company. The tour to Draculas castle was so over crowded you couldn’t see everything in the time allotted. Peles castle was closed and we weren’t able to tour it as was in the discription. Over all a failure.
