The Red Patrol Communist Bucharest Tour is a unique, private exploration of Bucharest that transports you back to the past in a fully restored vintage Romanian vehicle from the 1970s-1980s!
This is a 3-hour car-guided private tour of Bucharest, taking you through notable city landmarks such as The People’s Palace (Casa Poporului), The Revolution Square, Victoria Socialismului Boulevard (Ceausescu’s Champs-Élysées), the Headquarters of the Romanian Communist Party, Casa Presei, and many more.
Embark on a 30-km tour of the city, exploring Bucharest’s elegant boulevards while personally driving (or with a private driver) an impeccably restored Romanian Dacia 1300/1310 manufactured in the 70’s-80’s.
At the major landmarks of the tour, you can choose to stay in the car or get out, capture memorable snapshots of your journey, and learn fascinating narratives portraying the life of a true comrade in Bucharest’s Communist era.

- All the cars provided by The Red Patrol are fully restored classics that meet fully the safety traffic regulations.
