A great way to see the castles in Transylvania - Tour was a well organised and our tour guide was very efficient and managed to get us in to beat the queues. The drive was very picturesque and we saw lots of the countryside.

Transylvania; a travel through time - Informative tour, knowledgeable guide and comfortable, small bus. Although a long day, the trip is well worth it and the scenery is beautiful.

Exactly what we were looking for. - Wonderful trip! I thought it was well planned and executed. We got to see a variety of different places and had the space to take our time. The tours were great and the castles were awesome. I loved stopping for lunch and exploring Brasov. Only regret was that we didnt have another day to keep exploring. 10/10 would recommend.

Such value for money to be able to see the sights in the comfort of a nice comfortable mini bus with a friendly driver and tour guide and wow does that tour guide know his stuff ! Made it sound all so interesting and at ease ie no rushing about . Nearly deducted a star for the corny jokes haha ! Only messing about ! The corny jokes made it for me ! They were brilliant ! Fun Experience - Guide was great, lots of information mixed in with a bit of humor, Peles castle is definitely the more elaborate, but when in Romania you just gotta visit Draculas' castle right!

Good tour and some improvement - The two castles and Brasov old town center all worth a visit. The small group tour is nice. The guide is responsible. The only issue is there is only two toilets for hundreds of women at Peles Castle, It took over 20 minutes to get in and the guide who is familiar w this situation should plan alternative solutions and warn us on the way or give suggestions as to which of three lines (the ticket line, the toilet line and the entrance line) we should do to minimize waiting and anxiety.

Great tour and well worth doing - Brilliant trip with a guide who knows his stuff. The day was long, but didn't feel over long as there is a lot to do and see. Romania is a beautiful country. We started at Peles and as it was Easter the castle was closed but we had a good wonder round the gardens and coffee at the café, which was strangely open. Then back on the tour bus and onwards to Bran castle. Just a note the drivers in Romania are completely bonkers and everyone seems to drive like Lewis Hamilton. Our tour guide, who was also the driver (small mini bus with 7 of us on it) was no exception to this rule and threw us round hairpin bends at speed, overtaking everything in sight. It's not for the faint hearted and my friend was a little car sick when we got to Bran castle! Bran castle is lovely and our guide was great, telling us all about the occupants and Vlad the Impaler. He relished telling us all the gory details of how people were impaled, which was very interesting and extremely gruesome. Perfect! The only bad point here was when our tour guide shouted at a random child to stop running around in a museum and told the parents of the child to have more respect. The male parent squared up to out tour guide and they then had words. Our tour guide invited the male parent to meet him outside (I assume for a relaxing cup of tea to resolve things!). It was extremely unprofessional and left a very bad impression of our tour guide (Narcis). Unfortunately we then passed this family a few more times throughout the tour of the castle and words were exchanged a few more times. Near the castle is a market and shops and we were able to stop and do some souvenir shopping. After Bran we headed to Brasov where there was an Easter ceremony happening in the town square. We got to wonder round a bit on our own, have lunch and then our guide conducted a quick guided walking tour, pointing out lots of really interesting things. The queue for the cable car was too long so unfortunately we did not go on it, however it's an option. Then back on the bus and Lewis Hamilton said it would be a 3 hour drive back, but he made it in 2.5hrs! Amazing tour and we saw so much.
