Great day escape from Bucharest - Great value for money and of course a wonderful day escape from Bucharest. Guide was great. Main negative was that toilet at Pelisor Castle restaurtant, can only accommodate one person at a time and had a long queue. Hope they build a bigger toilet.

Great day out - Fantastic day out. Pick up in main square, outside the trocadero pub. Our guide Sonya (our angel in pink and international mother) was approachable, knowledgeable and lots of fun. Unfortunately our coach broke down on the way home but she got us home safe and sound and in high spirits. Lots of interesting information given throughout the day and the sights were interesting. We were given ample time at each destination without being left anywhere too long.

Transylvania is amazing! - Great day trip to Transylvania! I reported neatly at 7.35 am already at the appointed place. Unfortunately, neither the bus nor the tour guide was recognisable as being from Gray Line. This really could and should be better as there are more buses at the same place. Other than that, Roxana did a great job! Unfortunately only departure at 7.55am because 2 people did not show up. Fine coach and good driver! Especially the first castle is really beautiful from both inside and outside. Unfortunately, free time here was too short, even a coffee was out of the question. The free time in Brasov was slightly better, but a large part of this already goes on lunch. Count Dracula's castle was not as spectacular but great to have been there once. Everyone kept neatly to the agreed times so that's very nice! Then it was 3 hours back to Bucharest (with 1 stop an hour before Bucharest). Back in town around 9pm. So it's quite a tough day but can recommend it to anyone!

Enjoyable day - went on an all-day tour with our guide, Sania. She was extremely knowledgeable and personable, and we learned so much. Our driver was also very good and drove safely! All in all, it is a very enjoyable day!Highly recommend this day trip.

Perhaps, depends on the guide? - Not a pleasant experience for us. 2 guides in different languages, talking one after another in the bus. Headphones promised on the first stop but never given. Lack of information. Boring day

Go alone - The tour guide made this experience bad. To start off, we waited for two people who were late for 30 minutes. At Peles Castle, she started arguing with another guide , which was understandable as they were not respecting our space, but she was very loud that everyone could hear. We then had 10 minutes of free time. The women’s bathroom line was very long so we were 10 minutes late and she started yelling at everyone who was late, even though there were no other bathroom options for the women. We left when she said, but the walk alone to the bus was 10 minutes, so we didn’t even have time to explore. The stop was supposed to be 1.5hrs but she gave us an hour. At the next stop, she threatened to leave anyone who was late, and out of fear and her yelling and rudeness, 80% were 5 minutes early and she was late but couldn’t accept it. At Bran castle before leaving, she was being rude again and yelling everyone to hurry up despite having to use the bathroom. She said she gave us time an hour and 15 minutes ago and we are adults and should be able to wait another 3 hours until arriving in Bucharest. Not only did she not give us the time promoted on the website or audio guide, but she was very rude to everyone. We also asked her to turn the air on as it was super hot on the bus, but she started getting defensive and rude to the people who asked her to turn it on. I would recommend doing the visits alone and not with Sonia. She was very rude and made the experience bad.

Disorganized - Appalling. We booked the tour in Spanish and they put us on the English one, saying literally on the ticket that we had booked the Spanish one, my elderly parents don't speak English at all. It supposedly included an audio guide in Spanish with headphones... non-existent. They gave us no response, no explanations, as if their disorganization were our fault. It also doesn't meet the departure time, and there were definitely more than 24 people. We paid for a 12-hour tour in Spanish with a Max of 24 people and they gave us one in English, my parents did not understand anything about the tour. The beautiful place, the beautiful landscape. I do not recommend it, a company that ruined a nice walk for us.
