Highlights
  • Szechenyi Lanchid - Chain Bridge – This unique looking construction was the first, permanent stone bridge, that connected the two towns Buda and Pest
  • Buda Castle - The Castle District: Along with the Bazaar Gardens the castle is located at top of the hills of Buda and it takes a truly breath-taking landmark by night
  • Hungarian Parliament Building - The House of Parliament: Considerably one of the most beautiful government buildings in the world.
  • Gellert Hill - Emerging at the foot of Elisabeth Bridge, Gellért Hill is amongst the most visited spots of the capital, due to the amazing view.
  • Liberty Bridge (Szabadsag hid) - Liberty Bridge – Originally called Fővám Square Bridge after the place the bridge is ending. At Buda side, you reach the Gellért Hill and Hotel Gellért with one of the famous thermal baths of Budapest
  • Margaret Bridge - Margaret Bridge – Right after the Chain Bridge the second place belongs to Margaret Bridge, which is the second permanent stone bridge of Budapest and only 20 years younger than its ancestor.

A must!!! - We came with friends for a Check-out at 7:40 pm in August and we took full view during the cruise hour ... we were treated to the pink sky of sunset as well as the buildings lit at night ... it was the perfect timing! The boat is rather large, and clean, the staff is welcoming. I recommend!!!

Superbe croisière - We got our tickets from Get your Guide but the address was incorrect. So we arrived late. But we were lucky enough to find Kris at reception who was very understanding and allowed us to take advantage of our initial tickets and this superb cruise. Thanks again to Kris.

Great Boat Tour - We did a night tour which left at 2200 and returned at 2300. It was great. We got awesome views of the Parliament Building, Castle, and bridges lit up at night. I definitely recommend if you're looking for a Danube boat tour.

Great little trip, we went at 8:15 in July for great day/night views - We went at 8:15 in July and it was a great time to go, started off light and as we went round it became darker so all the building were lit up and looked great, it was an hour tour with a free drink and that was just about the right length of time for us

Exciting - The sunset in the backward of the bridges & the Budapest Parliament at night 🌃. In general the cruise in Dunbar is always a fabulous experience.

Ok cruise - I was disappointed that there was no audio on the tour. My ticket indicated that there would be English audio, but there was no audio. It was not a tour, just a cruise on the river.

Good value, but better to have one long cruise instead of going around a shorter distance twice - There should be more evening cruises because that is the best time to see the lights. Also, it would be better to have one long cruise to go around a short cruise twice.

Not recommended - Could be good, but wasn’t, here’s why: 1. People allowed to stand up against the signs that said “please don’t stand here.” The staff member on board ignored this. It meant that everyone sitting down could see almost nothing. 2. I had sussed out there was a downloadable audio guide. No one else knew about it. When I asked staff they said they used to hand them out but the devices got stolen. With respect, there are many systems that could be introduced to prevent this. 3. I was going to buy online but it was unclear whether there was an audio guide or not. So iI went there directly and they charged me a little extra face to face. When I asked why, the guy said “because we can.” Honest yes, but didn’t give a great impression of the company.

A floating skip - It was like floating down a river in a weatherspoons noise and no guide and unless you get an outside seat it’s a waste of time
