Don’t miss this! - If you are spending time in Budapest and you would like a chance to learn more about Hungarian history you should definitely book a tour with Joe! Informative, entertaining and a perfect evening activity.

Karyn - We went on this tour at the beginning of Dec 2023. It was so much fun! Our guide Karyn was super friendly, fun and helpful. We got to learn a bunch of horror stories that took place and/ or are related to Hungary and Hungarian personalities. It was a fantastic experience and we definitely recommend it! If you're interested in terror, vampires and serial killers, it's a must do! The tour kept us entertained, but was also informative. I particularly loved the true story behind the legend of Dracula! 10/10

Bloody good tour :) - I recommend this tour to everyone who wants to hear about something else then general facts about Hungarian history. The weather was pretty cold, but Karyn kept us warm with her funny and nice personality! It all goes along great view, so dont forget to take pictures as well :)

A great introduction to Hungary's haunting history! - Our very enthusiastic guide, Karyn, made this spooky tour fun and entertaining. The morbid tales were presented with enough of a light-hearted spirit to appeal to anyone looking for a unique introduction to the castle district. A lot of effort was made to showcase picturesque views and sites which served as backdrops for the historical storytelling.

Amazing tour guide (Joe) with a huge amount of knowledge and facts. Well worth it! Highlight of our trip so far. - What an amazing evening walking through the streets of the castle district learning about the dark and sinister side of history. Joe was an outstanding host, keeping track of all the attendees and constantly keeping us all entertained. I would thoroughly recommend this your to anyone!

Thoroughly enjoyable! - An Amazing tour full of interesting facts and anecdotes from Hungarian history delivered in an entertaining way amongst the beautiful historic architecture, and with fantastic views of the city. The tour is long but you do not notice the time passing because of Joe's craft with storytelling, I would highly recommend!
