- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

Reliable and excellent service - Great service. On arrival to Budapest, the driver sent me a WhatsApp message to say where to meet. He even called me to follow up. He met us right on time and was very pleasant.
The return trip was just as smooth and the driver was early.

Airport Taxi - Very good service, about 5 minute wait for driver at airport. There are advisors at arrivals with your name on boards and they advise driver on way. Friendly driver took us to hotel and advised time of our return pick up on the Monday. He was on time picking us up on the return journey. Great service would recommend.

City break - Booking process was easy to use with both drivers being ok.return driver very prompt at pick up.
When arriving at airport note that you are not greeted individually. We struggled to find the driver/company. In the end my husband noticed his name on a board held by a young lady with a group of maybe 20/30 people all waiting. This should have been made clear. We then had to wait for a specific driver with everyone’s name being called out in turn.

Wot! No driver! - We arrived at Budapest airport where we were met by a young lady holding a board with our name on - the board also had about 15 other names on it. We were herded into a corner and told to wait for our drivers to appear. The herd began to thin and after our “hostess” made a number of phone calls asking his whereabouts our driver appeared after 40 minutes. Not the end of the world but after a long day of travel it was an unwelcome delay and not what we were expecting. I expect the driver’s delay their arrival until they know their fare is in “arrivals” to avoid the airport parking fees. The return was much better. I rang the day before to confirm the pick up time, our driver arrived promptly and we were at the airport in good time. This is a relatively cheap way to get a private transfer into the city but, if you’re expecting to be met on arrival and whisked away, you may be disappointed!
